No Response After Providing All Requested Information
Around six weeks ago, I placed an order with this company. When the package arrived, the antiseptic bottle was completely open and had leaked all over the box.
I immediately contacted them and sent photos. I was asked to resend the photos and provide my email address, order confirmation, and order number — all of which I provided. I had also recorded a video of the damage and was ready to provide it if needed.
Despite sending all the requested information, I have received no further response. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again.
