M not happy at all I feel scammed.i bought Armaf niche oud 90ml from secret sales,this parfum doesn't deserve my money it doesn't come out from atomizer rather comes underneath,it has failing atomizer☹️tell me what to do with it??
The seal so broken the box came wet of parfum.UKfragrances what should I do?

Ordered beach party by Armaf on eBay, delivery was very fast, fragrance was well packaged to avoid damage and it was very well priced. Very pleased and will be ordering again.

i ordered three bottles of fragrance on the 3rd dec , despite 2 emails and a phone call left on their answermachine i have no idea whether this. company are real or not . i think ive been scammed . sue

Excellent service. Ordered through their page on ebay which is fairy priced, and they were delivered next day by DPD. Couldn't ask for more.. sellers saved on ebay for future purchases, thanks

Sent back CDN Ltd Edition as it had a disgusting off smell. They apparently tested it and the scent is inline with the samples they have which I'm amazed at as it smelled off and vile. They offered a partial refund for goodwill and that was it. I had to argue with them to have them send back my bottle but the only way they would agree to it is if I bought a new bottle and they would send back my vile one and issue a refund.

After I received my disgusting smelling aftershave I contacted them four times to send the refund but I was ignored. As I had purchased this through TikTok you are able to see when the messages have been read so I knew they saw my messages and were ignoring me. I had to log a refund request through TikTok which they OK'd the following day, as to why they couldn't this when i contacted them direct baffles me.

Their customer service is ridiculous and their products sub standard.

Be careful with these guys.

I bought Club De Nuit Woman from this store in Coventry. It smells amazing. The lady at the store helped me choose it. Great collection of perfumes. A must visit place in Coventry.

Purchased 1 perfume and 1 oil perfume through Superdrug with them, and I received them quite fast, the express delivery was £1,so that's absolutely good for buyers. I'm happy with the purchase and it went smoothly.

Although their original website is quite slow, as after I've received the order I tried to look up more about them. You could improve the online website as it's very slow and lagging at times.

There is potential, plenty of perfumes to get. Especially if you're into middle Eastern fragrances like me. Some are dupes, but it's what I was looking for. Can't complain otherwise.

Brought stock from their eBay store on Friday and received yesterday, good perfume at a good price and quickly delivery.

Ordered a perfume and paid via PayPal. 5 days later they emailed to say they didn’t have it in stock and did I want a completely different one?! Who does this? Update your stock! I replied no, please refund. Haven’t received a refund! This was a month ago. Not surprisingly came here and they have awful reviews. Never ordering anything online again before checking company in Trustpilot first . Avoid!

Ordered a bottle of Aramf le parfait from Debenhams website which was then sent out from a partner company. Unfortunately this company was UK Fragrances. When the perfume was opened there were several dark scuff marks on the white parts of the bottle, both front and back, and the pink embossed material used to cover parts of it wasn’t cut to fit properly & overhangs the lid significantly, so it has a flap just hanging there with no purpose whatsoever. It also has a couple of cut marks running through it, as though it’s been sliced on machinery. The product has a magnetic lid that is meant to just pop off easily in order for you to get to the spray underneath, however, the one on the product I received cannot be removed, it’s completely stuck. Three people have tried to remove it without success and I even went as far as watching an online video review to see if I was doing it correctly, which I was. So now, not only do I have a bottle of perfume that looks like a toddler put it together in an arts & crafts session, it’s also unusable because the lid doesn’t come off! This was meant to be a gift so I’m glad I checked it over first before wrapping it up & giving it to the intended recipient!
Debenhams customer service department directed me to Uk Fragrances to request a refund so I emailed them on 13th September requesting a refund and explaining the problems with the product. It is now 26th September and I’m still awaiting a response. Clearly their customer service skills are as poor as the product I was sent & the only thing they’re interested in is scamming people out of their hard earned cash!
There’s no way on this earth that I will ever purchase something from this company again and urge you all to shop elsewhere.

Read review after I’d ordered and feared the worst..
to my surprise super fast delivery and turned up 2 days later.

This is a scam website it's not genuine please report it and avoid

Ordered the Club denuit men’s limited edition. Delivered promptly the next day, didn’t have any issues. I was slightly hesitant due to the negative reviews, but no problems for me!

Complete Scam artists stay clear as tails your money and don’t reply.
If you’re lucky to get through to them by phone they fob you with blaming PayPal!
Then Owner is out of Country and the list goes on and on.
So looks like my dispute will be passed on to PayPal to see if their Fraud team can recover my money.

Bought Club de Nuit Untold from Ukfragrances. Within 10 mins of ordering I had notification of my DPD delivery tracking number from Jackie and the fragrance was delivered to my door less than 24 hours after ordering. I will definitely use them again

Would be Zero Stars if I Could.
I ordered from them on 20th January.
Placed my Order with my Card, and got an Email from Someone called Jackie saying we’re having Technical difficulties with our Website ,and your order hasn’t went through,could you place your Order again through Pay Pal.
I replied no problem,and placed the same order again through my Pay Pal.
After 1 hour I checked my Card Account and the Money was taking out of it.£33.19
Also checked my Pay Pal and £33.19 was taking out of that also.
So my Order did go through the First time.
Anyway I received my Package,but paid twice for it.
I politely sent Jackie an Email and asked to be Refunded,but got no reply.I sent another one after a few days ,and still no Reply.
So I contacted my Card Company and they opened a Dispute with UK Fragrances.co.uk.
Still no contact towards me for the refund of £33.19
Or any Contact to my Card Company
SCAMMERS,stay CLEAR of them.
Still not received my Due Payment of £33.19 as of 04/03/23.
After UK Fragrances emailed me on 28/02/23 and said they would settle it,and was told I would receive my Money Immediately.
Another Week and Now being told,I’ll Be Refunded on 12th March.🤯
