I've been having treatments with Dr Goyal for a few years - in my opinion he is the best in this field. I'm always extremely happy with the results of all the treatments I've had. Incidentally, never needed a Botox top up, as his techniques are top tier. Together with Mrs Goyal he puts you at ease and takes time to answer questions and explain procedures in great detail. The aftercare is fantastic too, nothing is too much trouble.

Amit is very patient and addresses all your concerns with care. He also takes the time to actually see what the correct treatment should be that will make a difference. In my case it was fillers done very subtly and perfectly. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

MK Aesthetics is the best of the best for my skincare needs. Their guidance has been easy to follow, and I'm feeling it from the inside out. I have just started using MK Aesthetics for some modest botox on the eleven lines and crumpled wrinkles on my nose. Never had it before and was nervous.

Botox, disastrous lip flip. Injected into the philtrum column although the process was not to resolve a gummy smile, quite the opposite in fact. My top lip feels disabled, speech impaired, no teeth visible when I smile, I’m distraught. He denied injecting in that area, my word against his, and said I have no option but to wait for it to wear off. I previously had a lip flip procedure at another clinic and did not have these issues as the injection sites were just above my lip. Beyond disappointing, as I have had Botox and fillers at MK previously and was pleased with the results.

I had lip filler about 10 years ago, it was a bad experience that put me off. 2 weeks ago I had lip filler with Dr Goyal. Firstly he used dental anaesthetic so I didn’t feel a thing!! Secondly he is the master of the ‘natural lips’ look. I am over the moon, my lips look great and so natural that I’ve had no comments or funny looks! I highly recommend Dr Goyal for lip filler!

Highly recommend. Very skilled. I wanted 4 treatments. Firstly, I had my lips plumped, excellent outcome. Then I had a skin cautorizing treatment to smooth out some age bumps on my skin, which has changed the way I look - it’s so subtle but people are noticing, they say I look great but they don’t know why.
Then I had Botox in my frown lines - again, so subtle but so effective.
The final one will be on tiny spider veins around my nose. I’ll have those in the New Year. Can’t wait.

I visited DR Goyal to have a small amount of filler applied to my temples.
I am 41 years of age and have lost volume in this part of my face.
I have had filler applied to the temples before with a previous DR - this came out slightly lumpy.
During my consultation with DR Goyal, he explained why this can happen, especially to myself as I don’t have any fat in the face, this makes applying filler more tricky. (A polite way of saying only ever have filler with a dr who is highly experienced.)
Dr Goyal took a huge amount of time studying the area & applying.
I am BlOWN away with the results - The difference Dr Goyal has made is like night & day. He never applies too much & makes me look naturally younger.
I constantly receive compliments from women & men over how young I look but they can’t necessarily tell it’s from treatments.

I have been coming to Dr Goyal for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have Botox regularly and never have any issues. I recently had dermal fillers for the first time, my results are beautiful and natural, exactly the result I was hoping to achieve!

Dr Goyal has been doing my treatments for a few years now. He’s a magician!
None of my treatments are obvious, they are tasteful and discreet, although still making a huge difference.
I won’t go anywhere else now, it’s just not worth the risk.
