Great company . Shutters excellent . We chose solid shutters Husband sceptical as an alternative to curtains but in real terms much cheaper and much more stylish than curtains . He’s a convert! Good quality . Excellent all round

Had plantation shutters on my box bay and round bay windows. Best decision I have made, they are stunning, look stylish, keep the house cool in the summer and are very stylish. Good quality service and product. Highly recommend Cool Shutters. 👍🏻

It was easy to negotiate with Ccol Shutter’s member of staff. Friendly and helpful.
They even design the shutters in my bedroom. The quality of their material is great and they ha e added value to my house.

My experience to date with cool shutters has been beyond appalling! I would give them a rating of zero five stars.
The sheer lack of communication with staff and David the manager has been diabolical.
I’ve been told false stories and been told I will call you back in 5 minutes to days without no communication from them, without myself picking the phone up.
Staff will not pass on mangers details for him to be contacted.
They have withheld my deposit for over 6 months 🥺 I was told the maximum waiting period would be 3 months.
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I’m now going to proceed to get my money back. Oh, yes - I’ve even had the phone out down on me !
Please do not use this company it’s disturbingly bad.

The shutters that were installed were absolutely beautiful. Great quality and I got really valuable advice on what colour to choose. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Great shutters, really happy with them, I have them in every room at the front of our house, they’re so much quicker to use than traditional blinds, look good, great quality and lovely experience with the company, I have recommended several times

The process was very efficient and the fitters polite and pleasant. They have improved the appearance of my house immensely and been admired by neighbours and visitors. Definitely money well spent.

Really really bad experience. Ordered shutters in September, the website quotes 8 weeks and Cool shutters said before Christmas for installation. it’s now been well over four months and not only are they not installed I haven’t even had confirmation of a date they will be.

If I don’t get a timing update this week I’ll contact my bank and try and get a refund.

Very friendly, helpful and had several shutters from them now, always recommend them. Had them several years now.

It has been a longtime since I have used Cool Shutters, however, my shutters are still in very good condition and I have never had any problems with them, definitely good quality and worth the expense! I can verify that my initial dealings with Cool Shutters went well, as did the whole process from choosing, to fitting. Great team, very professional, efficiently dealing with any issues that arose. I would definitely recommend.

Been waiting for 5 months for blinds. Still no date. They can’t track my order or give me any sure arrival dates so angry. They keep saying they will come back to me then don’t…….. they wrote back to me in the 3rd of April that someone would be in touch but to date still no answer shocking service

We chose Cool Shutters for our living room bay window and we are so happy with the results.
