BAD customer support.
I have used Contabo for many years, and almost each and every time i contact them, they do not answer my question but rather to another one that i did not ask.
Last time i asked about what dns resolvers should i use at my resolv.conf, and they sent me an article about how to set up an A-record and so on. Great job contabo :(
And i started using 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 as my resolvers because the contabo's provided ones crash and stays non-responsive for several days. This is BAD. And now it seems i have problems using those i mentioned, and thus i wanted to give another chance for the contabo's resolvers.

Honestly, I don’t understand how this product is being sold in its current state. I experienced major issues with the VNC client — my mouse did not synchronize properly with my movements, making it almost impossible to use.
I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and I spent far too much time trying to troubleshoot it without success.
Overall, a very frustrating experience that I would not recommend.
Update:
On April 20, the company tried to remove my review by claiming it was fake and requesting customer information, which they have received. Stay far away from them.
