In general service is great! So i will continue to use for my purposes.
Only one note - its confusing info about prices and periods in control panel. I has half year plan and after its expired in control panel there still mention this period, but i already pay each month.

I’ve been a Contabo customer for a while, and I want to share a positive experience. I live in Tunisia, where foreign currency is tightly controlled and each person has a strict yearly allowance, so paying international invoices on time is not always simple. My renewal payment was due on the 9th of this month, and I wasn’t able to complete it by then.

I contacted their support and explained my situation. They gave me until the 15th to pay, so my server stayed online and I didn’t lose any data or service. The process was smooth and the support team was respectful and cooperative.

Very good response time to my issue

Well , we are extremely satisfied with the blazingly fast support by Contabo team and the ARIDRISHTI team honestly appreciate their commitment. It's not easy to maintain and support such vast enterprise and satisfy clients but CONTABO did a top notch job. Keep it up CONTABO team.

Paid for a subscription. Cannot login to Customer Control Panel. It says I have no active subscription. My order status is completed. Cannot file a support ticket or contact support without accessing the control panel. So in fact, they took my money and locked me out. Scam behavior.

Pros:
The main highlight of Contabo is without a doubt its value for money, which is arguably among the best on the market. The resources provided (RAM, storage, and CPU) relative to the price are hard to find anywhere else, making it an excellent choice for both personal projects and production environments on a budget. As far as performance, infrastructure stability, and hardware offerings go, everything is top-notch.

Areas for Improvement:
The only downside lies in their technical support. Likely due to the huge volume of users and high traffic they manage, customer support clearly shows its limits. Whenever an issue arises, both the initial response time and, more importantly, the time it takes to get a resolution tend to be quite long.

Verdict:
I'm giving it 4 stars specifically because of the slow support. If you are self-sufficient in server management and don't rely heavily on tech support, Contabo is a fantastic option. However, if fast, 24/7 resolution times are critical for your workflow, keep this limitation in mind.

Contabo is amazing! I have multiple servers with them. All my servers run great! The customer support is fast, friendly, and extremely efficient! They make sure to keep their customers satisfied and happy! I would highly recommend using and switching to contabo!
