Clear precise details about what and how job will be carried out.

From the start were open on the works having to be subcontracted, engineer was on time as agreed for the site visit, slight delay in receiving the quotation so would of been a 5.

Without hesitation, a five star rating for a boiler replacement job from start to finish.

Alan from Complheat came to visit before providing a quotation. The scope of work was agreed and together we discussed various options before a quotation was issued.

Alan explained the process from start to finish and the advantages/disadvantages of the various options to be considered, an informed decision was then made on how to proceed.

Complheat arrived on time and began work straight away. (The kettle was filled before the water was turned off).

The installation engineer had been fully briefed on the scope of work beforehand.

The work took all day to complete, which was expected and was carried out in a diligent and methodical manner.

Once completed the entire area was left clean and tidy.

The external wall was made good where the new flue was installed and you would never know it had been replaced.

The replacement pipework was straight, equally spaced and with clean soldered joints and bends, which added to the confidence of a quality installation.

The existing room thermostat and controls were reconnected to the new boiler and worked flawlessly.

All paperwork and installation certificates were handed over at completion. Along with a demonstration and instructions on how to operate the new boiler

I am very, very pleased with the entire process and completed installation.

Sope of work: An existing combination boiler was replaced with an Ideal Logic C30 combination boiler. The existing heating system was chemically flushed before the new boiler was installed. A new mag filter was installed and inhibitor added as the system was refilled. There was also alterations to the existing gas main pipework. Heating and Hot water was fully tested at completion.

Brilliant service! Didn’t take as long as I thought, 2 really lovely men cleaned up everywhere, explained how to use the thermostat and boiler, couldn’t have asked for anymore! Definitely use this company if you need your boiler doing!!

Great service, I don’t normally write reviews but I would 100% recommend Complheat. Fitted a boiler at a property for me, so all of our conversations were done by phone, polite, knowledgeable, and a fair quote with no hidden surprises. I did check the work quoted with a friend, (who could not do it for me this time), and he agreed with everything that was discussed, and quoted.
The Tenants were very happy with the visit and boiler fit, everything was explained, thoroughly.
A gas certificate was also issued at time of fitting, proving their high regard for customer safety .

Jeff and Alan were amazing. Polite, extremely knowledgeable and willing to move things around so my job could get done before I went away. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Complheat

Great service. Arrived on time. Very professional covered my carpets to protect them. Jeff was friendly while fitting my new boiler. Explained the new controls throughly and the new thermostat controls.

Whilst there was an issue on my side regards the scheduled service and landlords inspection, which meant a 2nd visit, plumbing engineer arrived a 2nd time on time, carried out both, the service and landlords inspection professionally and at a good price.
Woukd definately recommend Complheat to anyone wanting a professional service at very competitive price.

Complheat fitted our new boiler and several radiators a few weeks back and did an excellent job. Had them scheduled back in today to try and fix a radiator that has never got hot in the 7 years we have lived here due to a problem with our houses plumbing! After alot of time and effort they fixed it and everything is working great. Can't fault them friendly lads and a job well done. Highly recommend.👍

I needed a new boiler and central heating system and contacted a couple of different companies for quotes. Complheat provided a very competitive price, and I went with this company.
Work was carried out to an excellent standard, with good explanation at every step. The engineers were punctual, professional and tidy, leaving no mess for me to clean up… very impressive!
