Great Price for cover.

Cancelled our policy after 8 days 2 week ago due to someone offering a price for our Truck
Price very good, recommended to give these guys a call
Just a little hard to get info about cancellation cost but all sorted for which I understand to a degree.
Thanks to Ben for his help getting the quote and cover good team all in all

Hi Andrew.

Thanks for taking time out to write a review. I understand your policy was cancelled on the 20th March. We have to wait to receive the return premium back from the insurance company before we can send it on to you.

This can take up to 6 weeks, depending on where it falls in the accounting cycle. This is normal practise as it's not the brokers money being returned to you, it's the insurers. As soon as we receive it back we will issue to to you.

Issue resolved very quickly

Update: had an error on Allianz part not CHGVs part. Allianz sent me a cancellation notice which was incorrect. CHGV sorted this out for me and I had a call from Ian Pitt on a Saturday morning to resolve. That is exactly how you do customer service. Problems happen, sometimes out of our control but it's the service that comes after the problem that really matters and CHGV have gone for gold with the service.
