Quick friendly response from Zoe and advice solved my issue instantly.

It was a huge surprise for everyone to unwrap their bracelets at Christmas and discover that each one had received their favorite animal. What wonderful conversations ensued about "my pet's name is... and it already has a girlfriend," and so on... One recipient even said it was the best gift ever! Greatings from Germany

I ordered a bracelet and I had guaranty delivery within 7-15 days. This timeframe has expired and I still don’t have my order.
They promise that all the orders placed before 16th December will be delivered before Christmas and this was a big lie. Today in 13th January and I still don’t have the product.
I don’t recomand this site at all.

Very interesting idea and a well built platform to watch the animals you adopted

Ordered 4 animals in the sense of Christmas discount. Buy 2 get 4. It said it is guaranteed that it arrives before christmas if you order it before 16th of December, but it did not despite that I ordered it on the 13th of December….it arrived on the 29th. That was my first disappointment. The second is that out of 4 animals only one’s tracking working. I sent several emails, messages (at least 20) and they just keep repeating the same non sense. They keep repeating that I have to zoom in on the map, like I am stupid…..but there is no route update about the animal just some fairy tale text. I am afraid to send it back to lose the money and the (fake) animals. I investigated, there are several articles about them being problematic or shady. I also confronted them, because I found some comments that show the same shark that I have but others got different maps…. Ruined Christmas for grandpa and two grandchildren. I will report the incident to the authorities. Hopefully they will be shutdown before too many others fall for it.
On the 28th of January they reported my review for defamatory, so I reported them because they asked me sevaral times to change my opinion or delete it and I did not because it is true. Fortunately Trustpilot agreed with me only asked me to delete the words referring to “scam”. I do not know what they wanted with that, here is an even more bad review about them then….oh! And I have to tell you that after 15 days (and 3 after Trustpilot review) they gave me 4 new tracking animals somehow!
Oh and in that case! Also let me tell you, how misleading that they advertise the plushes with boxes and they come in a small plastic bag stuffed in with the four animals and the cards thrown into them like trash! I can go on with the problems but I wanted to let it slide, but the do not let me!

I had a delivery issue at first, but customer service was very helpful and resolved everything quickly. My order arrived in great condition, and I really appreciated the communication and support throughout the process. Happy with the outcome and the delivery of my two bracelets and two plushies! 😊

I bought a penguin pluchie from ClubOcean's as a gift for Christmas and the person who received it was so happy not only about the quality of the product but especially about getting the QR Code and being able to follow the real penguin's movements. He had an issue with accessing the personal profile page and therefore I contacted ClubOcean assistance on his behalf. They responded really quickly and were able to understand what we were doing wrong. Kind and efficient service!

While I do believe club ocean is truly doing great things for our marine life I must say I’m slightly disappointed. I ordered a seal tracking bracelet, I didn’t get much information about shipping but I ordered it on Christmas and received it on the 5th of January. After making an account and scanning the qr code I discovered that my seal wasn’t a seal at all, rather a sea lion- many people that enjoy marine life are well aware that although very similar, sea lions and seals aren’t the same and while I’m thankful that my money is still protecting marine life I am still disappointed that what I paid for hasn’t been received
