I ordered a whale bracelet with navy blue cord back in February or March of this year, paid for it, and have never heard from Club Ocean since. I have emailed Club Ocean but never get a reply! If I can’t get my bracelet, I
just want my money back!

Firstly, I absolutely love the morals and values this company holds. Part of each purchase from them goes directly to supporting marine life. They are passionate about climate change and helping many animals. It’s just really beautiful. They have multiple events/sales for specific earth-conscious specific days and their merch is just absolutely the cutest. Not only that, each purchase comes with a scannable QR code that lets you adopt and track one of the of the animals. It’s so cool.

Beyond that still, one of the hats I purchased, the safety cover on top of the hat, covering the shirt point of the pin, fell off. I emailed them right away, and before even receiving a response, they shipped me a free replacement! Their customer service is exceptional and they are just very warm and welcoming when messaging them.

So in love I got three a dolphin one a turtle and a penguin one fast postage easy service . Easy to get on website and track bought pretty cool thing to have and do. But the quality of them not the best bought in March and it been a month and broken gets taken off when in bath or shower or swimming but worn every day maybe some stronger string would be good . Thanks

I ordered a shark and got a whale, which is nothing of what I asked for the package took over two weeks to arrive which I don’t find acceptable in the slightest, I would honestly go with a brand like fahlo instead

I REALLY recommend them! To know my money goes to help animals and to track them cuties, is wonderful! I bought 10 bracelets and 10 caps and mostly all plushies. I love that i can track an animal and see how it is doing. The bracelets and caps and plushies are beautiful! Fast shipping too!

At first I was very happy with the bracelets, but then I was very disappointed. They take money from my card without ordering anything and this is not right! It has happened several times that they took money from my card and sent books without my permission! I tried to block it but it was not possible, this is fraud and upsetting!

They took my money straight away but no order confirmation and no delivery tracking and no response to customer enquiry. I doubt this is a fraud!

Order placed the 25/3/26, tracking number provided on the 26/3/26.
Thought yay the 3 plushies and 1 bracelet will arrive in time for Easter.
WRONG!!!! The Postal service has never received the physical parcel to deliver.
Now after a number of failed e-mails- they keep bouncing back, the contact details on the website are incorrect. I have been forced to contact PayPal to get my money back.
Extremely disappointed that my grandbabies have been left without an Easter present.
After looking at reviews I'd recommend staying well away from this company.

I got my Penguin bracelet today and I'm so happy now.

The bracelets along with the plushies are so beautiful and the thing with the animal tracking is very interesting and even I would say unique. I recommend them should you want to get your girlfriend’s favorite marine animal or just want to give someone a nice present, the wait time is a little bit long but it’s worth it.

Great idea - I love tracking my whale and it’s great for raising awareness of the natural world. Customer support has been excellent whenever I’ve needed them.
