Frances from Cloud 9 Vets came to our house when our beloved Jack Russell Carson had to be put to sleep. She was so kind and empathetic and Carson went to sleep only knowing peace and love.
I would definitely recommended Cloud 9. Thankyou Frances for making Carsons passing so peaceful.

It has taken me a couple of months to write this review.
From initial phone call ...the staff were kind, caring, compassionate and had as much time to chat as was needed...nothing was a bother
Fabulous company who went above and beyond to care for our dog..kholli and us as a family.
They all made the most difficult decision and the saddest day that bit more bearable.
I would have no hesitation recommending this company...really the loveliest people.
Thank you for everything xxx

We had the difficult decision of putting our girl Willow to sleep, cloud 9 and especially Kim the vet who visited our house made a very tough experience that little bit more bearable. We would really like to thank Kim very much for how at ease she made Willow and ourselfs by talking about willow and us and took her time to make sure Willow was at ease and comfortable before Willow went to sleep.

Our vet recommended Cloud9 and we are so grateful they did. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and kind. It was so hard to say goodbye to Lottie our lovely 15 year old dog but she fell asleep peacefully in front of the fire on her blanket which was always her favourite place. Sonia the vet was wonderful she was so compassionate we cannot thank her enough.
The service we received from Phoenix crematorium was also excellent

We had to make the devastating decision to have our 15 year old red setter Blixie put to sleep and wanted to say goodbye to her at home with our family.
Cloud 9 vets were recommended to us and honestly they were amazing. Everyone we spoke to from the support team to Lizzy the vet who came out to us were so caring and supportive. Lizzy especially was so lovely and gave us all the time we needed to say our (very tearful) goodbyes and was so calm and caring with Blixie, we couldn’t have hoped for better.
They also arranged the cremation and return of Blixie’s ashes so we can now scatter them on her favourite walks. A little card follow up was a nice touch and keepsake.

Recently we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our much loved labradoodle, Buzz, put to sleep. He was almost fifteen years old and had reached the end of the road.
I contacted Cloud 9 Vets as our own vet was unable to do an at home euthanasia. From the very first contact with Jennifer, we were treated with the utmost kindness and dignity. She made all the arrangements for us to be visited by the vet and thereafter for Buzz to be taken to the pet crematorium and to have his ashes returned to us.
When Kim, the vet arrived, she was so kind and gentle with Buzz. He had absolutely no idea of what was going on and simply slep away. She gave him, and us, such dignity. She was simply a star!
The lady from ICare Pet Crem duly collected Buzz and took things from there. She was also the soul of kindness and dignity.
I can’t recommend Cloud 9 Vets enough. From start to finish they made one of our worst days bearable. Many thanks Kim and all of you.

Quite simply, Cloud 9 were excellent. Jennifer explained everything and was instantly available for me when I had a couple of queries. This was an extremely stressful time for me, made a lot easier by the caring and helpful attitude of the staff. Thank you

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! IF I COULD GIVE LESS STARS I WOULD.
My mother and I (and our poor beloved pets) were subjected to what can only be described as an horrific and extremely traumatic experience by this company.
Our cat, Frankie, who was euthanised on 11 November 2025 and was frightened and mishandled during the process and our dog was also very distressed at witnessing the whole thing.
The vet (I now know his name is Jose although he didn't introduce himself) sent a message to say he was running slightly behind but would arrive within 15 minutes which wasn't a problem for us but I now believe it was a problem for his timeline.
When he arrived, we explained that Frankie was very skittish and was able to move very quickly even though she was 18 years old and skinny from various ailments. This had also been mentioned by my Mum when she booked the appointment.
Jose was huffing when Frankie was running and trying to hide and it seemed very obvious that he had other places to be. Jose chased her around the house grabbing her roughly at different intervals to try and give her the 1st sedation injection (he only gave half the dose for some unknown reason, maybe to try to save money by only using half, which didn't sedate her so he had to catch her for a 2nd time now that she was very frantic).
Now, I understand that Frankie was running away, trying to hide behind things whilst scratching people in the process, and that he needed to catch her, however, once he caught her and finally had her sedated he proceeded to carry her around by one leg whilst looking for the final injection to give her.
We had asked when he arrived that he try to keep things away from our dog as she would feel stressed, but he carried the cat into the living area like a piece of dangling meat to find the 2nd injection and proceeded to administer it to her on our sofa in front of the dog when we specifically asked him to administer the injection in the kitchen, away from the dog and where there is a better surface for obvious reasons. The cat was very dopey at this point and wasn't fighting back any more.
To be clear, our cat weighed no more than 1kg and therefore was not difficult to carry once sedated.
Once the cat was dead he walked out and left her on the sofa covered in poo and urine.
I obviously don't expect him to clean up, but a little bit of care and compassion would have gone a long way for my Mum who was now on her own with the situation feeling extremely distressed at what she had just witnessed whilst I consoled the dog.
He couldn't get away quick enough. Also, if he had given the final injection where we asked him to the mess would have been much more manageable.
He scuttled off and got in his car after telling my mum that the cremation people could take up to an hour to come.
The cremation people arrived and were so kind and compassionate that it highlighted the stark difference in attitude and geniune sympathy for our loss.
I was now fuming at what we had just been subjected to.
This man did not show one ounce of compassion for anyone in this house and said he only does this part time - I'm surprised he had ever done this before as he seemed to lack any of the skills needed for the sensitive job in hand.
I made a complaint and was promised a follow up outlining how this would be prevented from EVER happening again. They also offered to make a donation to a charity of our choice in Frankie's name and said they would send confirmation of this.
I have received one message from Amber (one of the owners of Cloud 9 vets - Amber I know you will read this review but seeing at that appears to be the only way to get a response then so be it) promising a confirmation of the donation but have never actually received this. We did however receive a sympathy card from the staff at Cloud 9 with Jose's name hand written as an added bonus. This rubbed salt in a very open wound and again showed the lack of compassion and poor communication from this company.
We have since wished that we had put Frankie through the trauma of getting her to the vets rather than what she went through but we thought we were doing the kind thing. If only we had known...
I don't know how we are going to get over knowing that our beloved cat who we had for 18 years, since she was 8 weeks old, went out of this world feeling frightened and like we didn't love her.
We are heartbroken.
In response to your reply Amber:
You sent me 1 email. I did speak to Darlene maybe 3 or 4 times before you sent me 1 email. Is that 'many' communications? As I said in my reply to you (which you never responded to), Jose is hardly going to admit he did these things as he would be worried of the consequences. But, either way, your reply is of no comfort. No donation was ever confirmed to us by you. If my review stops anyone using Cloud 9, I will feel a little better that the risk of someone else experiencing what we did is less.

From start to finish cloud 9 were incredible, my poor Polly pocket reached the great age of 15 years old and we had to make the very difficult decision to have her put to sleep, having the choice to have it at home felt the right thing to do for my toy poodle, surrounded by the people that loved her, our other dogs were able to come in and see her in a calm manner after she had gone, I was able to hold her and talk to her and tell her how much I love her, she is now at peace and in no more pain, cloud 9 were very professional, treated the situation delicately, with my 57 year old partner crying, not being made to feel silly, the team collected Polly Pocket after an agreed 30 mins so I could have some extra time on my own with her, and after she was cremated I was able to collect her the next day, the way she was presented back is very nice and I opted for some nice memories of her, her paw print and cray print, I would highly recommend using this service, the antithesis that came to the house was absolutely brilliant, he was respectful and dealt with the situation very well.

I had been told about Cloud 9 Vets from a fellow dog walker and I was glad to have the info. From the first phone call I found them extremely kind, patient and helpful.
The vet Filipe who came to euthanase our dog was gentle, kind and understanding. He explained everything well, not too little but not overly explaining either. He didn't rush us at all. Our dog was calm in his presence and didn't seem to feel a thing. We are so grateful to have able to have her euthanased at home and to have been able to have her cremation arranged to follow on smoothly too.
For such an awful situation it really did go as well as it could have done. Luckily for us it wasn't an emergency situation and we had time to arrange for Cloud 9 Vets to come, I know we were very fortunate in this regard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 and vet Filipe, from beginning to end they were all professional, kind and helpful.

We cannot speak too highly of Cloud 9 Vets. The compassion and understanding shown by everyone concerned was outstanding and a great comfort at such a very sad time. Vet Audra was exceptionally kind and gentle, took time to comfort our 16 year-old cat William, and was clearly an expert on how cats think, communicate and behave. Thank you, particularly to Audra, but to everyone at Cloud 9 who made such a sad occasion as easy and comfortable as possible for us all.

Have to say that at a very stressful time for us the way cloud 9 vets conducted themselves was extremely dignified and professional. The vet who came to our beloved cat sugar was Sonia, she was so compassionate and explained every minute of the very emotional procedure.

Cat euthanasia is never a good experience but not having to put our cat through a stressful visit to the vet made a big difference. She passed away peacefully on our lap at home with the help of a kind and caring vet. Worth the extra expense.

I don’t often write reviews but was so impressed yesterday.
Jenny on the phone was so kind and compassionate and sorted out our request quickly.
David the vet was a wonderful and caring man and took the time to make something so awful feel more comforting.
Thank you for making my beloved Great Dane Murphys final journey so much easier

I was anxious, scared and dreading the the day I opted to put Zidane my cat to sleep. Susie the vet arrived and I was immediately put at ease with her professionalism, she explained what was going to happen. I cannot fault the experience, of course it was incredibly sad but at the same time beautiful as I held my cat throughout. Susie was amazing and clearly cared, I was not rushed and she was so kind and compassionate. I would 100% recommend Cloud 9. Thank You, Zidane at nearly 20 years old left this world stress free and that's all I could have wanted for him.

Willow was our 18 year old jack russel who was suffering from acute arthritis and was very near to end of life. She was suffering in a few ways and when it became apparent that it was time to make the difficult decision to help her leave we looked for a home visit. Having contacting one or two others we were not impressed until we contacted cloud 9. Such lovely people on the phone who were sympathetic to Willow and our needs. They arranged everything. Sam ,the vet who came was such a gentle caring person who was totally aware of our needs. He helped Willow pass so peacefully. I can't thank these people enough. If you are trying to make the same decision we had to make then dont hesitate to give cloud 9 a call.

They couldn’t have made the service easier. All the people I spoke to at Cloud9 on the phone were amazing, really compassionate and had really great communication when getting the appointment booked. They were very patient and answered all our questions, and were really helpful and understanding when we needed to move the appointment forward due to the rapid decline of our cat.
The vet Ane was also lovely and was very kind and sensitive, I was reassured we were in good hands. I would recommend this service to anyone who has to go through putting their pet to sleep, we are incredibly grateful for everyone who was involved.

We unfortunately had to make the incredibly hard decision to say goodbye to our very loved Labrador, Rolo. We had enquired at our local vets as to whether they would do a home visit as she didn't like going to the vets and we wanted her to be in her own surroundings.
The person who took my husband's call was professional and empathetic. She explained the process along with the costs and what we could expect. She managed to arrange it for the same day so that Rolo did not have to suffer any longer.
Sophie, the vet who came to our house was amazing. She was compassionate and caring. She allowed everything to be on our time schedule and gave us some much needed time to say goodbye.
The man who came to take Rolo to the crematorium was also lovely.
Cloud 9 definitely made this horrible situation so much nicer for us and Rolo and allowed us to say goodbye to her in a way that she deserved. She is very much missed by our whole family, she truly was the best dog 💕

I just wanted to say thank you for your help with our dog Murphy who was put to sleep yesterday but especially Nacho.
My family and I were just completely amazed at his kindness and help during the hour he was with us. For what was such a traumatic time (that all of us animal owners have to go through sadly) Nacho was incredible and he made an awful situation slightly easier to bear so would you please pass on our gratitude for his time yesterday.
I would 100% recommend your services.
