Terrible support

Terrible support. Messages only deliver 25% of the time. Support person didn’t even reply to me with the correct account. Will not offer refund of credits purchased. Do not recommend

As we use various Networks to facilitate delivery it can take time to resolve when we have delivery issues. We always aim to have a response with you as quickly as possible. There can be numerous reasons for non-delivery and can be explained via feedback from the Networks. This is not due to ClickSend not delivering but an issue with recipient - Network or number. Thanks for your feedback. It can be frustrating at times when sending your messages and not receiving replies. In order to provide you with the most accurate reasoning for failed messages as mentioned to you from our Customer Service Representative we need to file a request to the networks as to why a message may not have been successful.
As per the feedback customers have opted out along with a landline being identified which we do not deliver to. The customer support is horrid and website is unusable!

The customer support is horrid and the service has no real features. There are far better options out there. Their website is riddled with bugs and problems as well. Im leaving this dumpsterfire and moving to a much more compitent provider.

Easy to use

Easy to use, easy to integrate, reasonably priced. Helpful and friendly support staff. A great solution and pay-as-you-go makes it very flexible and easy to manage costs.

Avoid in the US

I was expecting from Clickend an easy way to get issues notifications from my homelab (using uptime-kuma) to my US mobile phone.
As the test number was okay, I tried registered a number but as I am based in the US I was then told I had to file a specific request (required for mass messaging - which was not my use case -)
After a month, Clicksend did not do anything or gave me any update.
I just cancelled my number which I never been able to use.
Overall, I just wasted $20 USD.
Avoid if you are US based.
