This company is really efficient

This company is really efficient, with a very reactiv customer service. They answered precisely to my questions even late in the day. My messages has been sent with no problèmes, and the price is normal. I will work more with them instead of my actual supplier.

System failed to verify a real Verizon mobile number, and support blamed me for it

Tried to create an account and send messages from my Verizon-issued cell number (a real, physical phone). ClickSend’s system labeled it a “virtual number” and refused to send the verification code.

Support was friendly but clueless. I confirmed it's a real number multiple times. Offered to send a phone bill. They reset the token a few times, made me jump through hoops, and then just said “there’s no workaround.”

Unacceptable for a communications platform. If your system can’t tell a real carrier-issued number from a burner, how can I trust you to deliver client messages?

Switched to SlickText and was up and running in under 5 minutes.

We've reviewed the issue, and we can confirm that while your number may be a real, a carrier-issued mobile, it was unfortunately flagged by our system as virtual. Because of this, our platform wasn’t able to send the verification code needed to activate your account.
With U.S. messaging regulations—specifically 10DLC rules, which restrict registration and traffic from numbers marked as virtual. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when it prevented you from even getting started.
We’ve noted this feedback and are working with our internal teams to improve the accuracy of our number detection and make this process more transparent.

Easy to use and has all you need

Easy to get started and use, upload your contacts list and away you go. Plus the pay-as-you-go means I don't have to worry about any unused credits. It's also got a straight forward reporting dashboard so I can see how my campaigns went and easily calculate their ROI

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I've been unable to send my first campaign. After jumping through some hoops initially, I thought it was smooth sailing until I tried sending my first campaign through Zoho. There was no personalization or message options so I reached out to Clicksend via chat as they have no other support. I asked a simple, straightforward question on how to include first names in my send. After 50 minutes, I was told my case would need to go to tech support. A day later, support reached out and then crickets. I reached out to them twice and finally got a response from Mario in support saying he couldn't figure things out and my case needed to go to the integration team. That was 9 days ago. I reached out to Clicksend yesterday asking for a call back. I was told I'd hear from my account manger within 24 hours. 24 hours was about 2 hours ago. Stay away!
