I could never get your website to work

I could never get your website to work. I would like a refund for the deposit I could not do anything with. Very disappointed.

pretty good

pretty simple, does what is says on the box without problems. was locked out of account as our IT had set up unknown email and mobile. Instantchat helped sort all at 5am in about 5 mins. great

from the very first interaction, Brittany exceeded all expectations in terms of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who not only responds quickly, but also takes the time to offer clear, thoughtful, and actionable advice — especially on a technical process like A2P campaign registration.

She didn’t just answer my question — she anticipated potential issues, walked me through corrections with precision, and even adjusted parts of the application to help ensure approval. Her communication was warm, intelligent, and solution-oriented. It felt less like customer support and more like having a dedicated expert by my side.

Horrible customer service times...

Have been trying to fix an API and integration issue for over 2 weeks now... ClickSend for some reason decided to stop working, and their support system is absolute garbage.

I like the service, but I've been waiting for 10 days now to a response to a ticket. After creating a follow-up ticket a few days ago, still radio silence... how hard can it be?

Not free. A big "Gotach" for United States Users

While looking for a replacement for the now dead AT&T Email to TXT interface, ClickSend looked promising. I don't need it for high volume traffic, I might need just one or two messages per month from a transmitter control unit that lets me know the station is off the air or tower lights have failed. While they said there was a free trial and subsequent messages were 2.5 cents each the big "GOTCHA" was that you have to "buy" one of THEIR phone numbers! Oddly enough the least expensive option was a toll free number but it was still a few dollars a month on top of the price per message. To me their advertising was deceptive by not mentioning this added cost before I went to the trouble of creating an account.I hate paying for something that I once was able to do for free. So I'm looking at other providers now.
