Exactly what I wanted

I can see our Customer Support team have been in contact and have requested you try again- When this happens to Canada, it is usually that the carrier prioritized their resources for delivery and does not deliver DRs there.

Customer Service needs better training

Various customer service people I had to talk with seemed disconnected from one another and the different departments in their company my particular use case required.
Once the proper person was finally found then no more problems but getting there was extremely frustrating as well as overly time consuming (As in weeks).

Really poor scammy platform

Really poor platform. Use at your peril. My messages weren't sent and seems like they use a bot to seem like you have had replies.There are better cheaper platforms than clicksend so I wouldn't bother if I were you. I feel it is a pure scam. User beware

I started here to be able to reach out…

I started here to be able to reach out to my leads via email. You only offer transactional emails which is not what I needed. It does offer texting so I will be able to use my credits until I can find something more suited to my needs.
