Easy and simple to set up. Co Pilate helped to rate and reviews. I chose click4warranty for peace of mind as I have never had a car over 90,000 miles and 11 years old. I don’t know the claim service yet but I hope it’s fair. And just a note my name is Simon not Tom thanks.

Humans helpful so maybe don’t purchase online.
Purchased a 5* 3 year warranty online on Bank Holiday Monday. Received no email confirmation of purchase and no email when I tried to set up an account with them. Rang the following morning and the very pleasant advisor told me it was because it was Bank Holiday and I would definitely receive email confirmation within a few hours. By 4.45pm I still had nothing so I emailed them. No explanation or apology, just replied with details of what I’d purchased and my policy number. Granted, that’s what I’d asked for, but I shouldn’t have had to chase it.
Great price but I hope that if I ever have to claim, the responses are a little more reliable.

Samantha was very good at her job explained everything that needed to be done and explained all the legal stuff et cetera. Yes, you think normal car insurance to do the full amount when they pay you out but obviously they don’t say you’ve got to pay out more so it don’t, but it’s worth it and I’ve been with. Click for group for quite some time so happy with the service.

Claim handling
I have 4star cover specifically covering wear and tear on engine and components.
My car had a water pump leak that needed repair before using car. The garage quoted , spoke to the technical team and was told the repair would not be covered by the policy. I had no option but to go a head with repair. I called service desk and raised a complaint as I was sure the pump was covered. After two weeks I got a letter accepting that an error had been made and my claim was approved. A couple of weks later I got a letter saying I would be paid
