Another bad review for Clear Mobile customer support. Website down again, Web chat poor and talking to an agent in India who I can't understand is a disaster. Was told to hang up and ring again so another agent could deal with my issue. Still couldn't get a coherent answer! Outsourcing customer services is loosing you customers Clear Mobile!
Terrible service and on top of it one gets charged for connection. I recommend to avoid this company
7 months later I STILL cannot pay my bill! I am trying to take out a loan for the last few months and cant because of my credit history not being able to pay this bill. EVERY SINGLE time I call I'm told to wait 48hrs and it will be able to be paid. And I am unable every time. They will not take any other form of payment from me
I switched to clear mobile last month as it was cheaper and the husband was with them. The switch, signal and overall experience has been on the ball so far. Was hesitant due to reviews before but it's been grand so far.

I joined clear mobile 2 weeks ago, my number was ported without the SIM card arriving. Then they send the incorrect SIM card and have not managed to send me another one since. They will not release my number despite hundreds of false promises (and blatant lies at this stage) from every single person I engage with. I have no phone for 2 weeks, beyond furious.
All I want is my number back so I can leave the network I have never joined in reality as it hasn’t been accessible.
My biggest regret is not looking at these reviews first - do not ever change to this network. Worst experience ever.
Awful. Timed the change over to last Saturday. Nothing activated and my old phone number is gone. So no phone. Live Chat doesn't work all day Saturday and now today.... RUBBISH
Great coverage in rural areas and good internet coverage. Never had an issue with the limited speed. Minus 1 star while waiting for 5g to become enabled
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I strongly do not recommend the experience with this service. The effort to assist the customer is almost nonexistent. I suggest using another provider instead.
Stay away from them. Live chat is the only way to contact them and it is literally never available. Phone number does not exist (rang Com Reg). I have cancelled but was charged. Cannot get in contact so i have opened up a complaint with Com Reg

1. No live chat (no agents available).
2. No support email for billing (always sent from no reply).
3. No ability to save card / payment details resulting in monthly payment not being received, resulting in a fee.
Clear Mobile were a disgrace to deal with. The internet coverage does not work abroad and coverage is extremely poor. I then switched network and clear mobile would not release my old number and clear mobile were extremely inaccessible for weeks and I had to escalate the issue to a regulator in order to keep my old number. To add to this their service and communication is extremely poor and I would not advise anyone use this network.
Can someone help me to contact Clear Mobile??? I have signed up but coverage is appalling at my home and workplace. They say I can leave during my 14-day cooling off period via Live-Chat, but Live chat is impossible to find on their website - I've been trying for an hour..... I've tried every link on it.......
It's been a while since I left Clear Mobile. I have little use for a mobile Monday-Friday so I tried Clear Mobile for price, because they're supposed to be on the Vodafone network and they were offering all I needed. The coverage is ok if you're in a city, poor in rural Ireland and non-existent in Northern Ireland & UK - even though they insist their coverage extends to the UK. I had a number of 'chats' (because they don't take calls) to customer support about that, each time they said it was sorted, but it wasn't, I never had coverage in Northern Ireland for all the time I was with Clear Mobile. I also had less coverage in Ireland than advertised/promised – while sitting beside a friend, on the Vodafone network, I had no coverage and they had full bars and 4G.
I ran into more issues with payment; their payment system messed up one of my payments so I tried to pay the outstanding bill by card but their system is so dysfunctional it wouldn't accept the payment – The buttons weren't working!! Chat were of no help. After wasting days and hours on chat to Clear Mobile I eventually had to switch to Three just to get a functioning network.
They are still sending me my 'last bill' for a period where I couldn't make calls because their system messed up a payment and couldn't accept any more payments from me. They will never get that payment from me. They left me without a network through no fault of my own and wasted hours of my time.
worst phone service I have ever used. was threatened with legal action for a bill of 40 euro, over a sim card of an account I didn't use and cancelled ages ago. They were threatening me with a bad credit score at 18. I cancelled my account, I emailed and emailed and emailed. Still had to pay it all.
Very poor too as you only get 5mpps of speed data so it's not really cheap at all and people are being duped, another huge issue is that customer service is so poor, it's very bad overall and I joined as seemed good in advert but left but left week later, they make that not easy either, awful, they need to be more honest with customers and stop misleading and messing them about with a crap service and they know it is
Signed up 3 weeks ago from vodafone and network changed no problem.But cant log into the website -sent 6 messages and still not sorted .Different excuse everyday
Please stay away. I’m trying to cancel now within the cooling off period if I can reach the chat support.
1) You will receive various error messages from their web page when trying to register the sim. The error messages do not make any sense since all say try again.
2) Whatsapp, Facetime do not work. Apple iMessage does not work
3) Chat is the only way to get any help and most of the time it says: Agents are busy, try social media instead!
The only reason for me to try was to use a vodafone network locked phone. Do not waste of your time. If you otherwise need a low cost no thrills network operator, go with GoMo instead
I switched from Vodafone about three months ago and have had no issues. The switchover happened as scheduled, the billing has been staightforward (the same format as my previous Vodafone bills) and everything has worked properly during a couple of trips to the UK. The credit left over from Vodafone has even been applied to my Clear Mobile account!
