The only form of contact is live chat during 9-5 after logging in, I ported my number in the end, it is the cheapest on the market for a reason!

IA WARNING ABOUT CHOOSING CLEARve been with Clear since the very…

Ive been with Clear since the very beginning,one of the launch customers.was with Tesco who were really good but needed to change to a vodaphone signal provider as I had coverage issues in some of my work areas as Tesco uses 3 signal.
CLEAR give a good operational service with a great Coverage,.
The problem with Clear is when you need tech support. When you have any issues their tech support and help lines are virtually non existant and a few times I have been left marooned helpless especially when roaming.
Really catastrophic when wallet ticketing taxis etc are all on your phone.So if you travel frequently CLEAR is a dangerous choice.

Clear phones don’t last and customer service is a joke

It took Clear United 3 phones until one finally worked, I bought it via a friend who talked me into and promotes Clear phones in Australia. My Clear 620X was 1 year 4 months old as it shut itself completely off without any chance to recover it. It took their customer service over two weeks telling me that I’m not eligible for any support, because I bought the first never working one via their Clear agent, nevertheless they sent me the second and third directly from their warehouse to me personally…. It’s a scam and joke - Clear phones are not built to last and their customer service these days (different 1 1/2 years ago they have been excellent) is next to nothing worth.

THE WORST

It is the worst provider and customer support I have ever encountered. I do not recommend it to anyone. They cancelled my account without any reason and are refusing it to renew it. They are asking for me to prove I am the owner of the account. I mean I have the e-mail, password and I paid all my bills. Why on earth will I pay for something that is not mine. Over a month I have been struggling with them. Their customer support is useless and I believe it is really the worst experience as service.

When I signed up I had trouble with my sim. They did not bring my phone number over and took ages for this to be sorted. I found that there really isn't customer care.
I referred a friend and the same thing happened!! They were cut off old provider and the number was moved over but the issue was he never received a sim. AGAIN trying to get this sorted with clear was nothing but hassle.
I wish they would put better people in charge of setting up account.

Unethical and terrible customer support

When using the network it was okay although the internet speeds werent great. However the biggest issues came when trying to leave. There is no option to cancel the recurring payment on the website. I contacted them several times with no response on their social media or their on site chat support. I eventually had to ask my bank to block the payments as I have moved network. Now I try to transfer my number over and they are blocking the number transfer. Absoloutely no reason for them to do this they are simply just trying to cling onto customers for dear life and all these other negative reviews clearly show why

This is the worst phone network I have…

This is the worst phone network I have even been with. They won’t save my bank details, which means I am constantly behind on my bill and have been cut off multiple times. Eventhough there is always money in my account to pay the bill they never save my card so the payment never goes through. After a year of dreadful service I have changed providers and they still are charging me even after cancelling and switching my number. DO NOT use this network.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, my sim card was due to be delivered last Thurday and my number was then to be ported over on Sunday.
Sim card didn't arrive so i contacted clearmobile on Chat on Friday to be told, there was nothing they could do until my number ported over on Sunday so to contact them again on Monday and they would re-send sim for next day delivery. I would have everything set up by Tuesday.
Anyway I spoke to an agent again on Saturday, the agent was so rude and first told me it was sent back because I gave wrong address. Then when I asked for the address they had for me (which was correct) I was told, they attempted to deliver it but I wasn't at home! I was home all day!
The agent told me to stop going round in circles ,there was nothing else that could be done and that a new sim would be sent if i contacted again Monday and would be sent for next day delivery.
When I asked to speak a manger, she said they would call me back at some stage Saturday and to keep my phone on me - no phone call!!
I contacted them again on Monday and was told it would be out Tuesday. It didn't arrive!!
Back on again to be told you will definitely have it tomorrow. I spoke to escalation team at this stage.
It would be activated immediately. Sim card arrived and I contacted them to activate it...it didn't work!
I was told it would work when an post marked it as delivered. I spoke to a lady on escalation team then to be told it will take 24/48 hours!!! I'm just so annoyed at this stage.
The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.
I asked to speak to a manager. She said I will ask but they probably won't call back!! I'm baffled at how bad it is. There was not one memebr of the team that could give me a straight answer.
Don't waste your money and time on this company!!

The worst signal I've ever used

The worst signal I've ever used, despite it being a Vodafone company with full bars in my area.

When you cancel, you'll get spammed forever.

"Your total amount to be paid is -€6.63 and is due for payment on 01 April 2023."

Fitting date - but it's every month and support doesn't care.

Wanted to pay my bill but wasn't able to so service cut off
I literally was unable to pay my bill not coz i didn't have the funds but coz their systems werent working. I rang several times to say funds are now available for you to take from my account but they said I needed to upgrade my card details which I tried to do but there was no option to do this online. I offered to pay in person but they do not have an over the counter office. I now have to go to another company and change my number. Clearmobile totally disregarded my custom for the past three years and it s very unclear why. Unclearmobile.

Slow internet

I should check review here first,I mived to them they offered cheaper 12.99 mountly, I order card on 10th February arrived quick and I setup for move to them on 28th February. First I couldn't get set open account page because it was sent me renew pass code to my email which I didn't received . Ok on 28 I start use my Clear mobile which speed is very slow it was 0.5 Mbps, after i set up APN (it was in bookled for Rouming )tnen internet became upto 5 Mbps which is was below in modern time, same day Im moved back to order GoMo which i was using before!

Wanted to pay my bill but wasn't able to so service cut off

I literally was unable to pay my bill not coz i didn't have the funds but coz their systems werent working. I got a message via twitter saying 'it seems there is a some technical issue because of which you are unable to update card. this is an unexpected error which has ocurred and our team is working on this already. your services will not be impacted coz of this issue. if your services are restricted then contact us immediately and we will activate for you.'
my services were impacted and coz i am mostly UK based this was extremely inconvenient. for about a month i kept trying to pay my bill but was still getting the same error as before. now not only am i concerned that my credit rating will be affected but i will lose the mobile number i have had for 22 years. the most recent messages with CM was that i wanted to leave but they told me in order to keep my mobile number i would need ot sign up again and get a new sim delivered but to sign up i need to pay €15. believe it or not i am not willing to do this. hard to believe folks but this is all true, worst company in history.

Terrible network and service

Terrible customer service couldn't fix a basic issue so I left the network. Kept sending me annoying emails saying I owed then a negative amount. I.E. they owed me money.

Avoid at all costs

Do not use. I've been charged for calls and roaming for a SIM card that hasn't even been taken out of the packet! Customer Support of no use. I'll be contacting COMREG.
