Absolutely shocking company. I agree with all the previous comments. They are not registering my card details, my service is stopped. I try and play manually but website doesn’t register my card. Despite this I see this morning it has taken 3 payments from my account! My service is still not working and it’s absolutely impossible to get to contact anyone from customer service. I have had this problem for more than 3 months now and I am a fool for not trying to move my account earlier.
Absolutely shocking excuse for a company. Stopped taking my bill payment online for some reason and wouldn't let me register my card to try and pay it. Then they blocked my account. Customer service is non existent as in they don't have any at all. No possible way to contact anyone. A complete sham, stay away at all costs.
Switched to Clear mobile in Feb 2024 and ported over my number. Took over a week to get a sim card as the first one got lost in transit and never arrived. Only means of contact with them was via FB messenger & Twitter. Eventually after being without a phone for four days the sim was activated.
Then in June the payment was missed. I was told it was a one off technical reason on their end. Now none of my monthly payments go through and I have to contact them via social media to pay the bill as I can't add my payment card on their website. This is the same card I used when setting up the account with Clear Mobile. I was going to change over to Vodafone but the system won't allow you to port your number over to Vodafone even thought Vodafone own Clear Mobile and use the same system. Customer service is none existent. I wont be staying with them and would not recommend them to anybody.
The family has used Clear Mobile in the past and they are cheap so sure I went to switch over. Selected Join Now, Keep My Number, fill out the form ... and hit the first issue.
the button to pay doesn't work, does nothing at all ... fine ... lets try support, they talk for a while spiting pure BS ... im a software engineer by the way I know BS support script when I hear it but fine whatever websites have issues I will just try later. I did finally get that sorted so happy days, got the little SMS confirmation about this is the numebr you want to port and all that. Got the new sim in ... but the old sim is still working, the new sim is not the right number ... hum ... lets try support again.
2 days later I finally managed to reach support takes them 3hrs to understand my issue at which point they tell me I need to set up a new account they have no means to do anything at all I just had to reset it all and try again. Annoying but fine, so I go to do that .. ISSUE ... cant use the same email address, buttons on web site stop working, the live chat stops sending messages ... FFS
This company's site, systems, policies and just general functionality is simply non-functional and not fit for purpose at all. I have put in extra time to get the account cancelled and at the end of the day this cost me multiple days and 14.99 euro ... they won't refund the reg fee despite all of the issues being there doing.
Avoid this company its only 1 step away from being a flat-out scam. They are not fit for purpose, they know that, they have no means to properly support or assure there product does what it says it does and there is no means to communicate beyond a half broken web chat
Like with everyone else, clearmobile fails to take payments seemingly no reason. And then suspends your account, when they fail to do so. This is not coincedental, because it happens with literally everyone. When trying to log back in, you cannot as you require an sms confirmation to do so. Contacting customer service on the website always says too busy, and prompts you to contact social media channels, in which just tell you to go back to contact on the website. There isn't even a clear way to disconnect your account.

What an absolute usless POS company, for some unknown reason, they stopped taking the funds from the account which hasn't changed since sign-up, then they suspended the number!
When I tried to log in to pay them whats owed. They send an sms message with a login code to the number THEY SUSPENDED! How stupid!
Support is non existant they are totally uncontactable.
Wish I had checked them out first.

Have spoken online to what appears to be one of only 2 customer service reps and never had anything resolved.
After requesting and then receiving a call from management, was promised they would come back with resolution, but as to form, never did and could barely understand a word being spoken anyway!!!
It's a complete impossibility to deal with this tribe of wasters.
It's a Vodafone company and I wonder do Vodafone actually give a s*#t about it's customers?????

The value is decent but the website/paying is a nightmare. 90% of the time the website doesn’t work and constantly freezes. I have to manually pay my bill every month and re-enter my card details every time and it never seems to save to my account, so then when I think it’s added, it isn’t and then I get messages and emails about missed payments. Then when I try go to the site and pay it takes me forever because the site always crashes or won’t work. Paying is the biggest hassle ever. And sometimes they give me 2 bills a month or act like I haven’t paid even when the payment has gone through on my end so I have to text them on Facebook to sort out issues regularly as they have no number to ring. Good pricing but not worth the annoyance.
No way to contact, no reply to messages. Wrong amount taken from my bank account. I'll have to move to another provider. Would strongly not recommend.
I was looking for a no frills alternative and since I live in a place where there is only Vodafone, I was happy when Clear was launched. Soon after I joined, the issues began. Wrong amounts every month and difficulty to chat to people was the start. At this point, they don't even credit your account with payments made in a timely manner (Confirmed by a staff member) but they also send you reminders. If you try to log in to chat or even pay, they don't send you the validation code and you cannot even log in. This is as bad as it gets.
Stay clear of these guys! Their coverage is terrible and their customer services is not great either, well terrible actually, little to no response and one person was pretty rude to me I found anyway
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely ridiculous. Their website is infuriating and unworkable. Bots galore. No flexibility. If your query/issue doesn't fit their menu their system just keeps going around in circles. I have repeatedly tried to log in to pay my bill but it won't process the payment. They have now disconnected me due to "unpaid bills". They sent an email saying they will reconnect me when the account is brought up to date but I can't log in to my account now BECAUSE THEY HAVE SHUT IT DOWN. Absolute nightmare. I want to get my number activated again so I can go to a different provider but can't get an actual human being on the phone. Terrible company.
Swiched from Three, but having issues Regester the Phone says the temp password they sent me is invalid or my Email is Invalid? Asked for reset but never get the Emails Online Chat Never Works!
Dispeciable service, said plan for 14 euro charged me almost every month for 47 euro with zero service and even threatened me to send me to private debt collection if i didn't clear my bill of 47 euros for a month of which i was already off thier network. Will never recommend them. Bunch of losers
Horrendous. Invalid sim delivered. Contacted support via chat 6 times in total. Each time promised they would deliver a new sim ‘urgently’ the next day. Still no sim. Now 8 days without a functioning phone. Avoid avoid avoid.
I don't like the fact that you can't use their site properly, but I'm always able to get through when I use Facebook messagenger. I have no quams with the levels of treatment I have encountered as it's been nothing but perfect.

Absolutely appalling accounting and communication. Everything is through their website but invoices don't load and even when we had closed the account, paid final bill etc., we were still getting further demands for outstanding money. Took more of my time to address this and took about 3 weeks to get a text to say bill is now '0'. No apology, nor direct communication. Don't use them.
I was worried about what kind of service I was going to get after reading the Trustpilot reviews; yes I know, I should have checked the reviews before signing up. However, for once things worked out. Unlike most other reviewers I've had nothing but fantastic service: I got my SIM when I was told I'd have it (nicely tracked and traced), my number was ported over at the time notified to me and I've got great signal strength (admittedly that's only been tested in central Dublin and Meath, so hardly representative). I am a very happy customer.
