The well designed web site allowed me to easily find what I needed, at a fair price. The eyeglasses have been ready for delivery, as advertised. The product has been brought to my door by a friendly courier, on time. I have missed to take his name, my best regards to him.

Honestly

Honestly, I really love these lenses — the color is beautiful and they look so natural on my eyes 😍

But I’m a bit confused… nowhere did it mention that each pack comes with 3 pairs?? 🤔

Now I ended up with 6 pairs in the same color… what am I supposed to do with all of these? 😂🤪

Manufacturing defect

The first issue I noticed was glare on the inside of the lenses. It is bad enough that I can not wear the glasses. When looking closer I notice the right lense is not cut properly so the lense doesn't properly fit the frame.

Product arrived sooner than estimated but they are not marked what eye was what. So that took finding prescription and marking my self. Haven't tried the contacts yet. But have had this brand in the past

Subscription Service Disappointing

I'm disappointed that I didn't receive an email reminding me that my subscription order would be processed in the next few days offering me the opportunity to make changes prior to the order being placed. Its frustrating that I received an email that told me my order had already been processed and that I would only have an hour to cancel it. By the time I checked my email I only had a few minutes left to try to cancel. When I clicked the link in the email to cancel it took me to a page where it was not at all clear what I needed to do to cancel. I initiated a chat but after sending a message I was told that the chat was now over. I tried this several times but the window to cancel had ended.
