The feature of trying glasses on was excellent for helping me decide the frames.
I received my glasses within 2 weeks of shipping, this is excellent as I live in a remote area. I love the frames and my transitions are excellent!

Absolute joke. Glasses broke and they told me they were warrantied only to change their minds after weeks of ignoring me.

Should be zero stars. Coming up on 2 weeks on an expedited order that still has not arrived. Phone customer service is terrible. Won’t refund my money or solve the missing order. Avoid Clearly contacts like the plague.

It’s frustrating that the subscription…
It’s frustrating that the subscription service has NO reminders before an order is processed. There is no option to postpone the shipment; only a small window of time (I believe it’s within 1 hour of the order processing?!) to request a cancellation. While it was explained to me I can call to request a return label, this is a lot of unnecessary hassle on both ends for contacts I do not need yet. A simple reminder that my order is about to process and the option to delay it would save time and effort and money.
