Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 481 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the staff for being exceptionally professional, friendly, and gentle during the ear cleaning treatments. People note that the overall service is remarkably quick, efficient, and successfully restores hearing while providing very useful and practical aftercare advice. However, some people mentioned frustrating issues with booking problems, missed appointments, or unhelpful administrative responses from the team. Excellent Experience & Clear Hearing

Vivek provided a great service to my wife and I. It was very quick and easy, cleared my very blocked ears completely, and he gave me advice for 'maintaining' my hearing in between visits. I definitely recommend the service.

Vivek was great!

Vivek was great!

I had to come back for a follow up because I didn't use the Olive oil drops. I thought Otex Express Ear Drops would be enough, but unfortunately they made the problem worse.

Vivek informed me about this and cleared out the wax.
