Item took forever to come, the size was way off what was quoted, and then when I asked for refund I was told it was too expensive for me to send (never told location) and only offered £2 refund on a £20 item

Don't use. They have taken £29.50 from my account, when the order was £24.84!? Still hasn't arrived.

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered a pair of jeans that inc shipping cost £30 I ordered tall as I’m 5ft 7, these were stated as for over 5ft 7, they are so short. I assumed they’d sent me the wrong size so I asked them to send the correct size. They said what I have is correct and offered me £2 compensation! Later increased to £4, jokers! No way to return the goods that wouldn’t end up costing more than I paid for them.

Arrived in about two weeks and offers reasonable quality at a fair price; overall comfortable design and appears noticeably better-made compared to similar items Ive tried before.

The company is a scammer.

I ordered a mascara that took several weeks to deliver. I paid for shipping insurance. Same story as others, Yodel returned the parcel. They are now insisting that I pay for their loss! Whilst not acknowledging the supposed “shipping insurance” even exists. Do not order from them unless you want them to take your money for nothing.

Please do not use this company. As in other reviews, they tell me that the delivery company attempted to deliver my parcel.
We are both retired and there is a slim chance that no one was in and I have a safe place parcel box. There was no card to say that a delivery had been attempted. I contacted the company and they said to check with my post office. I did even though there was no card to give the post office information.
The company now says that the parcel has been returned by the the delivery company and they won’t get it back.
They have offered to send a replacement but will charge me. I asked for a refund but they will only refund roughly half what I was charged.
Their customer service is a joke!!

I wish I had looked here before ordering. The material is so bad. Doesn't fit no where close. Emails back and forth, still fighting for the refund now.

Please do not use this website.
They said they had left my items in a safe place...nowhere to be seen.
I have gone back and forth with this company and gone to the post office and Royal mail and their tracking number does not exist.
They have been no help even though I took out shipping insurance... what a waste of money and they are not interested in helping me find the lost items
If you want poor customer service please go ahead and order from this site...unhelpful...repeat themselves eventhough I have spent hours back and forth with Royal Mail and Post Office ...so unhelpful

if i could mark a zero i could. recently received a email telling me my parcel had been successfully delivered, it hasn't been delivered they have failed to tell me 4 times who they used to deliver the parcel but have told me as it was successfully delivered the onus is on me to look for compensation from the delivery company who delivered it ?/ but they cant tell me who has supposedly delivered it ........ be careful youve been warned.

Very poor company. Bad quality products with no reasonable way to return them. I ordered 2 tops in different colours of the same size and both fit differently, the neck was not straight all the way round, and did not look like what was advertised. When I asked for a return they just offered compensation of much smaller amount. When I asked about returning they said the return would be at my own cost even thought on their terms it stated differently. I looked at return cost and which was over £60 which was more than double what I had brought the tops for. Which would not be sustainable as a busy. Very dodgy.

If zero was a possibility I'd give that. Pathetic flimsy material, cheap, poorly made, sizing is not even close. Don't bother. Wish I'd looked here before ordering. Overcharged me too and I had to chase several times for my money back!

Ordered a front fastening bra the size is terrible I’m hanging out the bottom not support like the video shows the material is just cut the stitching looks like my 8 year old has stitched it not worth the money do not buy from them takes ages to arrive & useless at helping you with returns

i would give this a zero if it was possible, the bra is tatty on the lace and they sent wrong size but still want me to pay extortionate return tracked postage to china

They over charged me at the start. Responded saying the relevent team will look into it. I asked again, and said cancel it if you haven't looked into it. I've sent 6 messages, now saying just cancel the order. Now ignoring me. Over £40 they've taken.

This firm makes you jump through hoops to get a refund and then doesn't bother to answer emails. I just need a returns address.

Definitely what others say. Never received first shipment and they told me they would send another pack express.....guess what! I still never received anything. Even after countless emails they kept saying we can't refund you as the order is on its way. What rubbish. They've stolen my £20 quid. I'm angry AF

Please don't waste your money on this company. Complete rip-off. What they send you is utter rubbish. Rags. When you contact them to complain they try to fob you off with a two Euro gesture. When you refuse a paltry compensation and demand your full refund they give you an address in China and tell you they want a tracking number and the postage will be at your expense. When you check that cost, it's over £20, making the return pointless and potentially throwing good money after bad. AVOID this company at all costs. Giant headache and waste of time and money. I wish I had checked on Trustpilot before making this stupid purchase. Save yourselves! Save yourselves!
