My goods were never received and they refused a refund and blamed
the courier service/ post office who clearly stated goods were delivered back to them.

DONOT buy from this company bras are a not true to size poor quality . No way you can return it would cost more than the bra are worth. It’s disgusting they can still trade , definitely will be more courteous in the future

I was a bit skeptical about the price at first, but I'm glad I made the purchase. The sunglasses offer excellent UV protection and the tank top is roomy yet supportive. They are worth every penny. An affordable gem in today's overpriced market.

Stay clear of this company, the after sales service is appalling, I was not satisfied with my purchase, and requested to return it, I was offered £5 compensation as the shipping return costs are too expensive!!!

Really appreciating this purchase. Quality feels solid, and I love the design. Took a couple of weeks for delivery, so planning ahead might help. Packaging could be more sustainable. Overall, a cost-effective solution with room for improvement.

The bra's I ordered where too small so I asked for a return label and a full refund as per there warranty.
The first reply I was offered a partial refund of £3 when I refused they then offered me £6 compensation and that I had to pay to return the items.
I want to return the item and have a full refund which I am entitled to.

If you don't like the UK legislation on remote selling, then don't sell

I ordered the set of 3 bras several weeks ago. I never recieved confirmation & haven't received the bras at all. I tried finding a customer service or phone number with no luck. I did screen shot the payment page at the time but with no way of contacting them I guess they have got away with my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

a scam beware , the bras are a complete waste of money, the sizes are wrong , they come from the UK, Via Royal Mail but have to be returned to china at your own expense, cost was £16 and you have no idea if you will even get a refund even if it arrives in China, was offered a part refund but never received it.

Awful company! Will not let me return for a refund. Sizing is far from being accurate and they portray themselves as a British company when they are actually China based.

So, the sizing of these bras is very wrong.
The three I received are very loose but with tiny cups, and if I stretch up my boobs fall out of the bottom band. Now I don't really need much support, but would advise anyone who does to steer clear of these as they do not do anything other than cover the boobs.

The bra sizing is wrong the bra itself is like 2 shoulder pads sewn into a pair of tights . The material is so thin it's transparent and couldn't support a ping pong ball let alone a DD/F Cup .

I ordered two shirts, which are being advertised as "Dreamy Knit" for a total of 31.99 GBP saying on my orderstatement, to then notice that the company took an extra 6.33 GBP on taxes from my paypal account. There were so many things wrong with this order and company, I have to number them.
1. I immediately cancelled the order through two different email addresses, no reply.
2. I sent at least three to four more emails enquiring about the extra tax, no reply.
3. I reported the issue to paypal and used Buyer protection service, my appeal was rejected and the extra tax declared justified as being shipping costs (it says free shipping on the order), currency exchange rates, packaging, what have you, all rubbish.
4. I wrote another email to the company, still no reply.
I think there's no one actually in this company and it all happens directly via China. It's a huge big scam, I'm really annoyed also with paypal, for them to support these scam companies.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this product. Comfortable fit and excellent protection. Packaging was secure, and the shipping time of two weeks met my expectations. Highly recommend testing it out!

I ordered a stripped woollen cardigan. What arrived was a nylon, thrown together, stripped top. Horrible and tacky. Nothing like what was advertised. A complete scam. I feel an idiot for not researching it better before paying.

The quality and sizing of the product was extremely poor. Requested a refund and was told the correct product was shipped and recommended giving the product to another person - the only place the product is fit for is the bin. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will never order from another add on social media.

Placed this Order on 20th August 2024 still not received 10th October. The tracking info says it is still in London. This company is refusing a refund and says it has been delivered. I have given up......be careful this company's customer service needs to improve. I will never order from them again.
