Buy 1 get 1 free adhesive bras, ordered G, received B cup, not impressed. Will not be ordering from this site again.

What they advertise is not what you receive. Cheap rip offs that are such poor quality. Do not buy from this site. Customer service offered me a £2 compensation refund?? Seriously.

I wish I can rate less Than 1 star! They know their product do not reflect the reality. They are a scammer DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They cheat people about size and quality! I’m disgusted about the all experience I wish I was reading the review before to buy the jeans. Bad quality and wrong size. Very bad experience

What a pile of rubbish Do Not Buy From Here ever
1st -I was over charged
2nd - took weeks to come
3- omg the jeans I ordered were nothing like what they were advertising, way to small & short and the material was so awful, the worst I have ever seen rubbish I was so shocked.
4- I have sent email after email but nothing fuming to say the least

Placed order for jeans after seeing an English advertisement. Looked good. Paid via PayPal only to find there was an extra 5.00 after the transaction for vat. PayPal said I had no grounds to claim back the difference. Tracking is ridiculous stating they are still in the USA but were delivered already. I ordered size 14 -16 and can’t get them mush fourth than my knees plus they are very short. It stated stretch- there is no stretch.

Terrible. Firstly they overcharged. The jeans I received are nothing like those advertised. Abnormal high rise (15”) Extra short leg (25”) 2” between waist (32”) and hip (34”) measurements, no stretch (advertised as very stretchy). After numerous customer service contacts they won’t refund so i’m £20+ out of pocket 🤷‍♀️

Disgraceful company. Says they are based in Philadelphia but they’re actually in China. Stunning jeans advertised on Instagram. I placed an order, and received completely different jeans of a terrible quality. They won’t allow me to return them at their expense. They admitted they’re based in China and it would cost me £40-£50 to return, so advised me to keep them and they’d refund me £2! I’ve now sent 5 emails and every time they just respond with an apology and that it will cost too much to return. The most they’ll give me is £6. I’ve sent email after email but they keep telling me no. Appalling company. Would leave no stars if that was an option. Please avoid!

Firstly I was overcharged so contacted them to refund me the difference. I did finally manage to get a refund after quite a few emails, however when the leggings finally arrived they were way too big. I asked to return the item and was offered £2 compensation instead. still currently battling to sort a return

Do not use this company! My order never turned up and they won’t give me a refund without taking money off not just for the shipping fee but for the loss of the product so they want to charge me for an item that never turned up.

If i could give them less than one star i would! The sizing is completely wrong, the quality is awful and these bras offer zero support. Vontacted the company to get a refund and they offered me £3 and told me not to return the item bacause it would cost me too much. This went back and forth as i said i shouldnt pay for returns as the item isnt as described but no luck until i filed a case with paypal, they have said they'll refund but inly if i return at my own cost. Terrible company and products, avoid!

The sizing of the bras were completely out! Advertised as a G cup and would be hard pressed to fit a B cup! If you are ordering in the UK don’t expect to be able to return items that are unsuitable. I was offered a £4 refund for items that cost £20 and didn’t fit.

They are total scammers. Bras ordered were front fastening, bras received were over head and a crap fit. Asked to return for full refund, they wouldn't give me an address to send to. Kept trying to fob me off with a paltry sum instead then stopped replying.

If I could give no stars I would. The bras are huge, they offer no support whatsoever, I might as well use a bunch of tissues sewn into the shape of a bra, in fact that might work better than these.
When I complained, I was offered £2 refund, I declined this. I was offered £4 and a warning that returns would be very costly to me and not worth the money as I would be out of pocket.
I feel like these people are laughing at us. I'm so annoyed with myself for falling for the advertisement. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I'm currently going through PayPal but I doubt I will get a refund

Same as many of the other reviews on here. Purchased 2 bras of band size 36, cup size GG. What I received was two bras with sizing 4XL which is completely different to the sizes ordered. The website allows you to order specific band and cup sizes but the product does not come in these sizings.
I asked for full refund as I think this is false advertising but they offered me a paltry £4 compensation.

Please avoid this company at all cost, I brought two bras cost me quite a lot of money, absolute rip off the product is massive marked as XL I'm a 32 bra band size these would fit a very large lady 42 inch and above, tiny cups, flimsy back and side, no way to adjust absolutely fuming that I've wasted my money

Bought a couple of bras which were advertised in social media as support bras. It took ages to arrive and as soon as it did I contacted customer service for a refund. The items are flimsy, poor fitting and stitching and offer no support whatsoever. After comparing the invoice and what I actually paid through PayPal, I noticed I had been overcharged VAT. They gave me an excuse of a system error and refunded the VAT. However, I'm still battling to get a refund for the bras as they don't want me to return them. They clearly do not abide with UK consumers rights. Will not be buying again from this company.
