the problem that i had was that it was never specify into words that the minimum amount for the the player to get gems is 3.01 and the texts on the deposit page do not mention it,i deposited less then 3.01 three times and i received the gems,but when i tried to deposit one more time, but this time 1.81 i didnt receive any gems, i even got a notification that 2.60 gems were added to my ballance,but it never did ,but in the other hand the staff was very helpfull and kind

Very bad customer support,did a case battle with bots and it was showing that I have more then him and I should win,but at the end the bot took the money even if he had less gems,I contact customer support and they said it was a visual bug,I still have the screen shot of the play showing everything
