We were served by Amanda at the new Grimsby store in Freshney Place. We came looking to purchase my daughter's first pair of shoes. Amanda took care measuring her feet and made sure the shoes fit correctly. We ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. Excellent service, thanks Amanda!

Great staff and great advice given. Choice of footwear is excellent, chose Clarks for fit and comfort.

Kylea was very helpful when I purchased some trainers, I'm so pleased Clarks is staying open in Grimsby.

Went in to the store today as daughter was complaining school shoes were hurting. Went into store today and Lesley D at the Grimsby store was so helpful. She managed to re size my daughter and swap her shoes.

Excellent service by Teresa at the Grimsby store. Took time to help us with our daughter's shoes, nothing was too much trouble. Great to see it back open again, we made a purpose trip to Grimsby to just go to the store.

No available stock in my sons size, which I accept due to high demand as the children was getting ready for back to school. What was really annoying is that the lady in the shop offered to order them online but after filling in the online form twice I was told sorry we can't order them. Total waste of time ! Went home and ordered them myself with free delivery and took only 5 mins !

Lucy in the Grimsby store was lovely. Very patient with my toddler, and really kind. Not pushy at all, just helpful.

Amanda at Clarks Grimsby branch was incredibly helpful on our visit to buy our 15 month old daughter some new shoes. She took her time to attend to our needs and measured our daughter’s feet thoroughly. We are so glad that Clarks is back in Freshney Place.

Always use clarks but as my son has grown, the last couple of times I have had to have his feet measured then ordered online as there was no stock. My son is autistic so always has Velcro shoes. This year, Becky at the Grimsby branch was really quick and helpful, there was lots of noise and kids crying so I thought my son might want to leave but she was super quick and the shoes were in stock!
Previously Clark’s have also been really good at changing shoes when he had grown out of them within 3 months etc so I will always return.

Viv at the Grimsby stored absolutely knows how to give a really good customer experience.

I nipped into the newly opened Clarks branch in Grimsby. (We was so sad when the last one got closed) so I was pleased when I saw that a new one had reopened in the town centre. I have always bought all my children’s school shoes from Clarks every year.

Amanda served us and was really friendly and helpful, she measured my daughters feet and picked out two styles for her, she has really narrow feet, so Amanda said which take I would suit best and also added a pair of insoles.

We were straight in and out stress free! Perfect school shoe shop experience 😊

Came to store on the 26th August 24. Got our 1 year old daughter’s feet measured and brought a pair of shoes. After wearing them the shoes were falling off and she kept tripping over. Went back to store on the 01st September to ask them to remeasure the shoes to be told they are far too big. Had to purchase another pair of shoes as did not have the correct size in store.

Had brilliant service from Jack he was very good and understanding with the kids and got us some lovely shoes for back to school fab experience, and it's good to have you all back in the town centre :) Thankyou

Katie went above and beyond trying to find some school shoes that fitted my daughter. We was struggling due to find any that fit correctly which she liked but Katie was very patient and eased her worries as she is going up to comp school and was worried about styles

Katie was superb with my 2 children (7 & 5) and made them feel part of the school shoe shopping experience. She is a credit to the company.

Lesley in the Grimsby store was excellent! She was experienced and knew exactly how to handle our little boy when picking his new school shoes! Really glad the store is back in town!
