At first when I called, I was absolutely terrified of My finances. After speaking with Kenan, he was so helpful and so supportive throughout the whole entire process. He told me exactly what to do and how to best approach things. When I didn’t understand something, he re-explained everything into the detail to the point where I couldn’t understand my choices in my options available at the time. I cannot thank him enough for the support that he provided me with today. The world definitely needs more people like him. He was not only professional, but he was patient and very empathetic.

Being in a situation where you find yourself needing to seek financial advice and help can be a very daunting prospect, however Junaid was extremely helpful and understanding which made my experience a lot easier to cope with.
Junaid’s level of service I cannot fault, he has kept me well informed and easy to contact throughout, and in my opinion a lot of people could learn from his customer service.
If everyone at clarity insolvency shows the same standard as Junaid then I’d highly recommend them if you find yourself in difficult times.
