I ordered then read these reviews which is stupid of me.
BUT beware a day later at 3am in the morning a fraudulent company tried to get £70 out of my account. Luckily my bank rejected it and contacted me so no money was taken.
I can only think it was this company with very slack security or non at all, as it was the only company I had ordered from.
I have since requested the order to be cancelled and refund. I will be contacting my bank to take it further

What a T..t I fell for this too...... I'm still waiting for my order that was supposed to be coming from London!!!! I've paid via PayPal so I know I'll get my money back but please please please DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

As with all the other reviewers, I fell foul of this company as well. Another Chinese seller masquerading as a UK company. I ordered a jumper for my wife 3 weeks ago and the tracking number provided just shows it bouncing from location to location inside China. Don’t buy from them.

Do not order form this company! I ordered a jumper which was £120 reduced to £34 and was led to believe it was coming from London. I waited 2 weeks for it to be shipped and when I asked to cancel it (it was for a birthday gift), they ignored me and still sent it anyway. When I received it, the garment was faulty, poor quality and a different colour. I am now battling to get a full refund as they are saying they will offer 15% refund and then it was increased to 40% refund. I have asked for a full 100% refund which they have agreed but I need to ship back to China costing £14.50 and they will not cover this cost. I am out of pocket and left with a garment not wearable. I am seeking legal advise now to get my full refund as well as in contact with my bank. Save your self the both and no not buy anything from them at all

I can't believe I fell for this but see that lots of others did too. Why oh why didn't I check Trustpilot first. Doubt whether I'll get my money back and resigned to feeling like an idiot. The real company is Clare London and not Claire, and no she is not a hard working business owner who is having to close down.

If I could give zero stars I would. The jumper I ordered what was supposed to be a loose fitting luxury jumper. It was neither of these, it was cheap polyester and tiny in size. The company has so far refused to allow me to send the item back, which is probably because it is in fact a Chinese company pretending to be a London based company. The item also took 3 weeks to arrive

Wish it was possible to give a negative number of stars - and that I'd read these reviews before ordering. I was also taken in by the "closing down sales" of a London based mum who was overtaken by costs and exhaustion of running the business. The beautiful, knitted items turned out to be cheap, screen printed nylon. I'm trying to get a return form, but expecting to have to swallow being taken in by a complete scam

Do not order from this company, jumpers took two weeks to arrive from China not London and both cheap with no labels, certainly not the quality I’d expected. You have to pay to return ,
I am very disappointed I got caught out by this scam

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before being taken in by this scam! The goods looked good and the company gives the impression of being London based! Liars!! Obviously from China! At least, so far, I've received three of four items ordered but the quality is RUBBISH!!! Nothing like the quality they look in the photos! I'm usually pretty savvy but this one got me! I'll have to take the financial loss because I'm not going to try to send them back because it'll probably cost just as much and I doubt I'll get a refund!! So ANGRY at myself for falling for it!!!!

The goods arrived after a lot of chasing.
Quality was cheap nylon rubbish. Already had pulls in the jumper. One was lots smaller than the other. Tried to return them. Took 4 attempts to get the form sent to allow me.
Then told I would have to pay for the parcels to be sent back to china. Honestly, just don’t. Terrible.

Scam company. Took my jumper six weeks to arrive, really thin.. wouldn’t even be warm enough at the height of summer. They will not give me a full refund, only if I send it back to China. Absolute JOKE - do not buy from them under any circumstances. I am £30.00 down and now own a crap jumper, that even a charity shop will have a problem selling on.

Total scam. Please report and get them removed

Oh dear. Was recommended this company by a friend who had seen the Instagram post claiming to be from a woman reluctantly closing her small shop to spend time with her children. Lies. It's a Chinese company running a very successful scam. Money taken instantly. Have no idea about the quality of the clothes or if they even exist as they never arrived ( despite tracker claiming they were delivered) No answer from info@clare-london. Lesson learned. Again!

Absolute scam company operating from China. The jumper I bought is nothing like the photo and they are playing hardball with the return.
As others have stated on here… all true. DONT touch this company with a barge pole.
They are advertising 4.8/5 stars (in what I don’t know!) on their home page and show trust pilot reviews of 4.5. Who wrote the good reviews I don’t know.
Now they are trying to get me to take a small refund in order to save the environment from return shipping.
Also I have been now been offered a full refund…. of a discount card worth 60 % of my order?!

This is a scam, exact MO as Grace-bags, don't give your money to crooks

False advertising with a sob story about an ethical London company forced to close down due to increased expenses / workload / life balance. Tricks you by implying stock is extremely low and if you are lucky to find anything left put it in your basket. I am normally not easily scammed but fell for this one! They ship from China and reading all the other reviews I am expecting to receive pure polyester, which I never buy due to the plastics it releases with each wash. This company needs to be removed from social media. Have told my bank. Horrible company preying on peoples good natures (& naivety )

I’ve just realised I’ve been scammed. Wondering why my order hasn’t arrived and I haven’t had a proper confirmation email. Feel like an idiot - expect what turns up will be awful quality. I usually buy preloved but got caught by the sob story.

Scam! Ordered after clicking on a FB advert about a closing down sale of a London boutique. There were numerous promises about hassle free returns.

The products have arrived (from China) and are terrible quality with only a vague ressemblance to the photos. After numerous emails trying to persuade me to keep them I have finally been sent the returns form. It's going to cost £60 to return the items. AVOID.
