From the moment we contacted City Moves their level of great customer service shone through. Moving is so very stressful whether waiting to exchange and complete or the actual move and they couldn't have done more to support and help us.

We booked their packing service too and the two team members who came to the house were very professional and nothing was too much trouble.

On the day of the move, which was from a town house to a town house the team were amazing. The move was consequently tough for anyone but it didn't phase the team. There was a 2.5 hour drive to the new house too and they all took it in their stride.

A great big THANK YOU to you all. You all made a very challenging time much easier for us as the client. I would not hesitate to book City Moves again, however, I don't think I will be moving again for a while.

City Moves have been our Go To Movers for the last two moves and we would definitely use them again!

The guys that moved us were great on each occasion and were so quick.

We only had 5 days from exchange to completion from a 4 bed house to another 4 bed house and City Moves stepped up and were readily available to help us and pulled out all the stops to help us at the very last minute when a previous agreed removal firm couldn't commit anymore. The team also dropped loads of boxes prior to moving day to help too. The 5 man strong team arrived promptly on the day in a giant truck and were courteous and respectful of our belongings and they were also genuinely nice people. The move process was streamlined by the team and they couldn't have done enough for us, no problem was too big for them. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to move home.

The boys were spot on time. They were very fast and efficient. Handled furniture and belongings with care. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a really tricky situation with our move due to complications in our chain but the guys at City Moves went above and beyond to be accommodating, understanding and genuinely made the moving part one fewer headache for me.

On moving day everything was flawless, arrived on time (with one more person than I was actually expecting), were careful and considerate with our belongings and had us moved out and into the new house incredible quickly.

Overall a 10/10 experience for a reasonable price, cannot fault them.

Well, what can I say about City Moves.......professional, friendly and extremely efficient.
The move was a difficult one for us after 43 years in the same house! City Moves made sure it went well. Nothing was too much trouble with the packing or moving, especially as the weather was appalling.

From the time of booking to the day of removals I was kept up to date with the schedule and times of arrival, I didn’t have to call once to check everything was ok. The guys packed the van quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with.

Would recommend using city moves to anyone who is moving house. The customer service team are very helpful and always on hand to answer any queries prior to our move date. Everything ran to time and the lads took great care of our possessions when transporting to our new property. No damages at all and a very friendly services.

We recently moved house using City Moves who were excellent from start to finish. Easy to contact and arrange a quote and didn't ned to pay in full until a few days before. We had the packing service which was excellent value and would highly recommend. The lads who packed our belongings and then moved them the next day were all such hard workers and very efficient. The aftercare with collecting empty boxes on several days was very helpful too. I would highly recommend City Moves to anyone moving house.

From start to finish I was hugely impressed by the service we received from City Moves. A family run business with good old fashion values, great service and a very competitive quote. Even when I was concerned a few days before that we may need more capacity than had been planned, it was sorted with ease. The day of the move could not have gone more smoothly, and the team were excellent. I cannot recomend City Moves highly enough. (When researching different companies I had reached out to four other companies - the price varied massively and so did the service). Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, these guys are top of their game of what they do and reasonable. Whats not to like?

I rented a storage unit with City Moves for 18 months and they were brilliant! Anytime I wanted to visit I was accommodated and it was very safe. I also booked them to do the move from Wales to London and it was excellent. Arrived right on time and everything was in perfect condition. I will be using them again and I cannot recommend enough! Lovely people too :)
