I rented a storage unit with City Moves for 18 months and they were brilliant! Anytime I wanted to visit I was accommodated and it was very safe. I also booked them to do the move from Wales to London and it was excellent. Arrived right on time and everything was in perfect condition. I will be using them again and I cannot recommend enough! Lovely people too :)

The best part overall about City Moves was that they did a virtual review of our belongings then quoted us on the size of the truck (not the specific items going into it). When the movers arrived at our house, they were happy to fill the truck with our furniture plus whatever else would fit. So no haggling over an extra table or lamp or a few boxes. The movers themselves were professional and super-quick workers. The entire move was completed fast, and the movers even rearranged a few items in our new house when we re-thought the aesthetics. It was an easy and cost-effective move.

From first contact, city moves were great! Guys turned up at 8am on the day of our move (Bristol to Wales) nothing was too much trouble and they had the whole house packed up just after lunch time! Friendly and efficient, would highly recommend!

From the initial phone call to request a quote right through to getting all our items into our new property we have no complaints at all.

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. The video call to see our property and what we'd be taking with us was easy and fitted in perfectly around us. A team of guys came to load up a massive truck and were done within 3 hours! We then had it all delivered and unloaded in our new property in a couple of hours. We were even asked where we wanted the items rather than left to move it all about ourselves. Our beds were dismantled and reassembled which was a godsend for us.

Honestly, the actual moving of our furniture was the leats stressful part of the whole buying a new home process.

We moved from Kent on the 26/09 and relocated on 30/09 to Pembrey South Wales. We needed a huge van to cope with all our belongings and to transport our motorcycle and City Moves provided the right van and two excellent 3 men crews to deal with everything so professionally for us. They negotiated a very tight turning into our old street, lifted and shifted very heavy items with ease and managed to get us entirely packed up within 4 hours. All the while the men were reassuring me not to worry it would be ok and sure enough when the second crew unloaded our stuff in Wales, everything was ok, not a scratch or dent on anything. The men were efficient, quick, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks guys and thanks City Moves.

Excellent service from start to finish. My whole experience with City Moves was positive from my first call to packing and the move it’s self.
All staff were fantastic and the price was so reasonable. Would 1000% recommend them.

Exceptionally efficient and helpful throughout the whole experience, easy to deal with and contact, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City Moves. Totally value for money especially with the added reduction in stress on moving day due to their friendly, knowledgeable and speedy staff.

The removal guys were super helpful, really friendly and accommodating. We’d never moved before and it’s obviously a stressful situation but they totally put us at ease and took great care of all our furniture. The whole process of booking City Moves was great too - we were concerned as we didn’t exchange contracts until 4 days before completing, but they made everything simple and straightforward, reassuring us and explaining the process clearly. Highly recommend!

We were told on a Friday that we were moving on the following Tuesday. So it was with trepidation that we called City Moves to arrange removals. I have never spoken to anyone who was so helpful, in fact we had tears in our eyes after that first call. The next day, we had a video call to establish how much we had to move, later on another call to give us the price.
We were kept informed so we were prepared for removal day. Once again the guys were so helpful, they worked so quickly and professionally.
At the new house, their attitude was the same, professional and helpful.
I was dreading the move, but there was no stress, it all went so smoothly.
I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, we'll be calling City Moves

From start to finish, they were amazing. They came out to give a quote which was quick, yet thorough. They made contact a couple of days before the move to xheck all ok and confirmed what time they'd arrive. They arrived on time, loaded the van quickly and carefully and worked so hard. They unloaded equally carefully. I can't fault the work ethic and we had a great team of 4 which took the stress out of moving. We'd highly recommend City Moves to anyone. The men turned up on time and loaded the van very quickly with care, they unloaded the van taking a lot of care with my belongings and nothing was too much trouble. Moving is very stressful and they made me feel calm and in good hands. Very pleased, would recommend

Well what can i say apart from simply FAB service,moved us from Bristol to Lincolnshire all in a day, this is the second time we have used City Moves and they’ve have been better than brilliant, I also recommended them to a neighbour who had the great,helpful,courteous and very friendly service, sadly the only name I remember is Mario our larger than life truck driver but rest of the guys were just brilliant, would not hesitate to recommend this complay, 5⭐️ all the way

The experience was a good one. The guys were very professional and friendly. No damage to anything even though three floors!
My only stress on the day, was will I get charged extra if the keys are late. I was lucky they were on time. Be careful with this one though as Fridays are often late key days!

The best movers we've used and we've moved a few times.Chris and Zac went above and beyond to make our move smooth. They were friendly and polite and put our furniture exactly where we wanted it,nothing was to much trouble.

The guys at city moves were awesome from start to finish. Getting the quote was super simple and reasonable too! The day of the move was great, really organised and well planned. The guys doing all the lifting certainly knew what they were doing! We were really pleased with the whole process and can’t recommend them highly enough.

What a great experience from start to finish the quote was reasonable and cheaper than a few I previously had so well happy with it I was happy with the 3 boys who moved me they were polite friendly and went above and beyond in my opinion they didn’t just move my furniture they wrapped everything and handled it all with care which means a lot very professional and would 100% book with them again thank you so much for making my move stress free and enjoyable would 100% recommend city moves to anyone thank you

Moved on the 12th Sept,we'd packed most of our stuff,and the men who came to move us,were professional and courteous. Nothing was to much trouble and they checked every room and cupboard to make sure nothing was left behind. When we got to the new house everything was put where we wanted it. Would highly recommend City Moves,nothing was to much trouble, thank you once again City Moves and send my thanks again to the men that moved us.

The two teams I had to move my items into storage then back into my house were fanatics. Both were punctual, polite and careful with my items. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
