disappointing from the beginning to the end. They are selling online a product with functions which doesn't even exist. They are still developing some of those promised functions.
Bought mine 3 years ago, never worked properly for more than 2 weeks and the additional warranty I bought, well that apparently has no meaning at all. They admit it is a technical issues and broken (not by me) but won't replace it. They made me an offer to buy the new one for a discount.

Subpar quality and horrible customer service
For months after getting it, they experienced server issues. During that time, I personally received very little data regarding my statistics. It rather defeated the purpose of having a smart ring. But they kept us updated regularly, so I didn't say anything.
In January, I noticed the silicon that protects the electronic sensors started getting distorted. I messaged support, requesting to apply warranty.
Within 3 days, I received a reply, asking me if I the ring had been exposed to anything unusual (chemicals, sunscreen, etc). The same day, I replied truthfully that , no, I was using it the same way for months. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Since then, 3 weeks have passed by. I've emailed them back three more times. Radio silence on the other end.
I spent hundreds of dollars on a ring that never truly worked and got the worst customer experience back. I wouldn't even want a replacement ring if they offered. A simply refund would be required at this point in time.

I received my ring, however the size was not as advertised and the fit was a full size smaller than it was supposed to. So I tried contacting their support to get it exchanged for a size larger.
It has been over 5 month of trying to contact them without receiving any reply from them. At this point I don't expect them to anymore. It has been a waste of money for a product I can't even use since it arrived.

Atrocious and not worth the money.
One star only because I can't give it zero stars. I had a Luna ring, which was moderately useful, but was lured in by the potential of Circular with its ECG and promise of deeper understanding. I couldn't be more disappointed. This is an absolutely rubbish product. It constantly disconnects from the phone, and the only way to get it to reconnect is to charge it (even when the battery isn't flat). Notifications just don't appear until you re-sync the ring, then you suddenly get all the previous pending notifications from the last few days. No warning of the battery running out unless you physically go into the app to check, at which point it's usually disconnected itself so you have to put the ring back on the charger to reconnect it. Sometimes even that doesn't work and weeks go by without being able to connect at all. The app itself is not user-friendly, you edit items as you want them, and they all reset back to the standard, the data isn't practically usable, notifications don't come through.
On top of that, customer service isn't just bad, it's nonexistent. You get generic emails saying "we've made XYZ so many times better, everything is great now", but zero response to any queries. There's in-app AI support, which also only works part of the time, and which tells you you'll get a response from a human in three weeks, which is ridiculous already, but the reality is that no one replies at all. Massive waste of money, don't fall for it.

I am writing to you following my…ITS A SCAM THEY MUST BE STOP!!
I am writing to you following my experience with the Circular Ring 2, which, after careful analysis and real-world use, has proven to be a defective, non-functional product that is, above all, misleadingly presented to consumers.
After several weeks of use, it is clear that the data provided by the ring is inconsistent, unreliable, and scientifically unverifiable. The supposedly integrated sensors (health tracking, physiological measurements, sleep analysis, etc.) simply do not function, or they produce clearly erroneous results with no consistency or credibility.
This is not a minor defect or a simple fitting issue:
👉 the product does not fulfill the functions for which it is sold.
👉 the advertised performance is misleading.
👉 the marketing clearly misleads consumers.
An even more serious issue must be added:
despite eight (8) written attempts to contact you, I have never received a single response from your company.
No follow-up, no customer service, no technical support, no reply whatsoever — complete silence since the purchase.
I paid over $400 for this product in good faith, based on promises of quality, reliability, and technological seriousness that do not reflect reality in any way.
At this point, all indications suggest that this is either:
• an unfinished product sold prematurely,
• a case of commercial misrepresentation, or
• a company unable to meet its obligations toward consumers.
I consider this situation unacceptable and potentially fraudulent.
I feel it is my responsibility to warn other consumers: I strongly discourage the purchase of this product. Anyone considering this purchase risks a financial loss with no real recourse.
Without a prompt response and a concrete solution (full refund or proper resolution), I reserve the right to:
• file an official complaint with the appropriate authorities,
• dispute the transaction with my financial institution, and
• make this experience public in order to warn other consumers

No Support Whatsoever
My ring was delivered in September, 2025 and, within the first two days, it was apparent that the ring was simply switching off for hours on end. Consequently, it is useless for monitoring steps or any other function. I got straight on to the support e-mail address to seek assistance and I’m still waiting, four months later. In the meantime, I’ve submitted many other queries, all of which have been completely ignored. It comes as no surprise that many of the reviews here are crying SCAM - they are not wrong. The ring has, lately, refused to pair with my phone and this is the latest in a litany of shortcomings (that’s the polite word for what is going on). Go elsewhere - this is a total waste of money.

My ring barely works and the step tracking is wildly inaccurate.
The ring for my dad won’t connect at all — completely useless.
My mom’s ring connects sporadically, making it unreliable and frustrating.
Customer service is abysmal. Reaching them is nearly impossible, and when you do, nothing gets resolved. It feels intentional.
I almost never regret purchases, but this one stands out as one of the worst I’ve made. Circular sells hype, not a functioning product.
Save your money. Look elsewhere.
