Highly recommend

I ordered my bridesmaid and maid of honour dresses using the custom sizes and can’t fault Cicinia.
They double checked my measurements to ensure they were correct before starting to make the dresses kept me up to date throughout the process and arrived promptly.
The colour, material and finish in the dresses is gorgeous great value for money I would order again and recommend them to others.

Despite following the size…


Dear Cicinia Customer Service,

I am writing again regarding my unresolved refund request. I have checked all my email folders, including spam, and can confirm that I have not received any reply or resolution to date.

I’ve also noticed that in response to complaints on various platforms, your follow-up often states that you have replied or resolved the matter. In my case, this is simply not true — I have not received any communication or refund.

I am not trying to be difficult; I just want this matter resolved fairly and promptly. Once this issue is fully resolved, I will be happy to update my Trustpilot review accordingly to reflect the outcome.

Please respond with a clear resolution as soon as possible.

Despite carefully following the size chart and taking precise measurements, the dress arrived far too long and much too big. I was devastated and emailed the company immediately upon receiving it—but weeks have passed with no response or acknowledgement. They had no issue taking payment before delivery, yet have shown no accountability since.

In the end, the dress was never worn. We had to turn to a local bridal shop, which the bride now wishes she had chosen from the beginning. Their service was professional, and the dress fit perfectly.

I am still waiting for a full refund, though I’m not hopeful given their continued refusal to respond to my emails.

The item I purchased was lovely

The item I purchased was lovely, the fabric and style were spot on, however two pieces of the three part suit were too big. I asked for a return address and a refund but was offered a percentage reduction of the cost of the outfit and an offer to keep it and have alterations done locally. After some negotiations I realised I had no choice. I am out if pocket by around £60, I have a suit that I can’t find a seamstress to alter. I will donate it to charity a learn a valuable lesson about on line clothes shopping.

Issues returning

After receiving my order the returns policy changed and I wasn’t able to get the full amount back without a lot of hassle. I had to accept £50 refund despite spending about £160. Not happy about it at all.

Disappointing chiffon ‘shawl’

Disappointing. The ‘shawl’ was not the same as in the picture - it was narrower and shorter, like a scarf rather than a shawl. Taking into account the postage, it was rather expensive for what it was. Not good value for money.

Cheap quality clothing and shockingly…

Cheap quality clothing and shockingly bad service. Their returns policy is not fit for purpose. Take my advice and order elsewhere.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Paid £36 for expedited delivery but still waited 10 days for the dresses to arrive. When I contacted the company to complain, all I got in return was a sentence full of grammatical errors, saying items would be delivered soon. No apology or offer of recompense.
Unable to return any products due to the ridiculous returns policy, which doesn’t allow returns if you buy different sizes of the same product. I bought 4 bridesmaid dresses for my daughter, 2 styles and 2 sizes in each style. We kept one dress and wanted to return the others. This cannot be done. Neither can items be returned if you change your mind, so if you purchase an item and it doesn’t suit you, you cannot return it. Even if the company agrees to a return, they charge return postage plus they deduct an additional 10% of the purchase cost.
A total rip off. I am now left with three dresses that I cannot return, having spent over £200.00 at Cicinia. I will never use this website again.

Dishonest Company Stole My Money

Both of the outfits did not fit, which is not a problem. This happens sometimes. The problem was when I wanted to return them for a refund. I had to answer multiple emails and threats. I was forced to send pictures of myself in the outfits. It was humiliating. I realize there might be a restocking fee, but Cicinia refused to return the rest of my money. They kept making low offers. Just awful. I will NEVER order from this company again. I will also let all of my friends and family know that this company CANNOT be trusted.

Avoid this company!!

I paid £109 for a Floral Chiffon Mother of the Bride Dress Pant Suit. The quality wasn't great, the chiffon jacket crackled with static electricity and clung to everything. The vest and trousers are lined with cotton. Whilst the top and jacket fitted ok, the lined trousers were too tight in the leg, so no good to me.

I requested a return within the stated time frame, knowing there was a 10% restocking fee and I was responsible for return postage, which would be around £17 tracked and signed through the Post Office, 5-7 day delivery. I received a reply offering me £30 and to keep the suit. When I complained that this was not in line with their return policy, this was upped to 55% or £59.95, which I also rejected. It is clear that they don't want the goods back, nor to honour their stated return policy. I received a further offer of 60% or £65.40 to NOT return the suit. My son's wedding is looming and, quite frankly, I could do without the stress, so I accepted, reluctantly!

I do not recommend this company. If you buy 2 sizes or colours and expect to return one for a 90% refund, don't bother. You will be stuck with the outfit and out of pocket. The exact same designs can be found on Amazon for half the price, with free returns on some colours. Wish I'd realised sooner!

This is their policy from their own website:-
"Cicinia will offer you a 90% refund if there is no quality problem but you are not satisfied with the product or you change your mind. We will take a
10% restocking fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please notice we still
charge the shipping fee and rush fee (if there is) under this circumstance even if your order is free shipping order."

The size, because it's a stander size, may not fit everyone perfectly. Our return policy is stated on our website.

The company is a scam

The company is a scam. The outfit cost me £121 and it was cheap material and very poorly made. When I said I wanted my money back I was only offered £30 and told to keep the outfit. It is not wearable and I threw it in the bin. I will tell everyone I know NOT TO BUY FROM Cicinia and I NEVER will.
