Plenty to choose from..I paid the extra…

Plenty to choose from..I paid the extra to speed up delivery but still took quite a while..so I should of just let it be delivered normal..but its here and beautiful..nice summer colour..sky blue..wedding in a month..thanks..

Scam run

Scam they won’t do refunds they blame the customers body if it fits wrong. The dresses are from china and they won’t pay shipping so u pay a 100 dollars on a dress u have to pay more than 100 to alter. Scam for 200 get a dress in the us made with better quality. Literally a scam I will tell everyone I can avoid avoid avoid. I up sized and the dress was to small at the top more than two feet to long the darts were for an extremely long torso the zipper was below my waist in the back and the breast placement was extremely high just garbage

Poor service

Poor service, they don’t stick to the returns policy. Still waiting a reply from over 4 weeks ago.

The products received were of poor…

The products received were of poor quality, unfortunatley the returns process is very lengthy and every effort is made by Cicinia to persuade you not to return items, several very low offers are made by email to encourage you to keep an item that is unsuitable.

Just right

The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly and I am using the jacket from the trouser suit to go over the top it is perfect thanks.

I ordered 2 different sizes of a dress…

I ordered 2 different sizes of a dress as I was in between measurements. I purposefully didn’t order MTM as I knew I couldn’t return. Both were beautiful dresses but neither fit so I emailed immediately to start a return with 90% refund as per their returns policy. I was fed a load of rubbish about difficulties returning to China and offered £25 off per dress and keep the dresses to ‘give to friends and family’. After refusing this I was offered 55% refund and keep the dresses. Basically the returns policy is pure fiction. You won’t get 90% back. There was a pin left in one dress in between 2 layers so can’t get out.
I loved the dress but will never order again from this website.

Wasnt happy with item

Wasnt happy with item so asked about return, told it coukd take 2 months for then to receive back sp would I accept £25 refund and keep item, wasn't happy as item was my mother of bride outfit and need money back to get another item, finally agreed to £60 refund and kept item which I've had to have altered to make it a more comfortable fit but won't be waring to wedding. And if I'd of realised it was coming from China I couldn't of spend over £100 on it

You can't get a full refund! Avoid!

I bought dresses under the impression that I could return them if they didn't suit me.
They didn't suit me and when I tried to return them I was told that would be too difficult.
I was offered £25 refund per dress.. A loss of £150!
When I complained I was given a final offer of £109. Still a loss of just over £90, but I was told that it would cost me a lot of money to post the dresses back to China and the most I could get refunded would be £128 because of taxes, so taking the £109 offer was the best option.
Had I known that was their real return policy then I would never have given them my business.

In response to the email mentioned in their reply below, my answer is "No! I will not be removing this review for an extra refund of £10."
I was planning to get trading standards involved but I'm choosing this pathway instead so more people can see exactly what your refund policy is. Please don't contact me again because I will not take this down.

The item orderd was too big however the…

The item orderd was too big however the returns process is terrible and refunds are even worse with only gaining a % back and then return postage is extortionate..
So had some issues with this however after a few emails they got back to me and we resolved the problem promptly.

In the beginning it was a night mare…



In the beginning it was a night mare from the get to it took 3 weeks to send it and I had to message them as if I would have waited any longer I would have missed the wedding I had to send a demanding email so all in all took 5 weeks to come i sent them my measurements expecting the dress to be a bit big as I added 3 extra inches it just bit snug luckily I lost a bit of weight then the big day come 1 side were the sleave met 1 kept slipping down they missed a loop on the back for the Corset was missing and under the pits 1 was too tight it cut in to me not to mention the boob cups were the same size as smaller 1s and looked like I had madona boobs some of the other brides maiden took them out and they looked saggy for a dress that cost so much it was shabby workmanship I wouldn't recommend and if you don't realise it comes from china

Beautiful dress

Ordered a dress from the site for my daughter.
Absolutely stunning dress. Arrived within probably 3 weeks which was fine. Was delivered via yodel so had updates as to when it was dispatched and delivery date.
Stunning dress. The measurements are very odd but they do match the website so definitely measure first. My daughter is a very tall 8 year old and is in size 10 clothes for her height. Yet the dress is a age 8 and is still too long for her. Not an issue though as I expected this. But will probably catch some people out of they don't check the measurements to the sizes.

I ordered fabric swatches and never…

I ordered fabric swatches and never received them. I was told they were being re-shipped. I never received the second shipment either. That is twice Cicinia has failed to complete my order. I am requesting that the money I paid for shipment be credited back to my account.

Exceptional Service and would highly recommend

From ordering to receiving the bridesmaid dresses was less than 2 weeks and Cicinia get updated every step.
We decided to go with custom measured dresses and they even emailed me to check one of the measurements. The colour is exactly like the swatch I had previously received and the quality of the dresses far exceeds my expectations. The dresses need shortening but that isn't an issue as Cicinia advised that they would make them longer to allow for high heels
