Engineer helpful but............
Engineer was helpful but then asked if he could use the skip in our yard to dump a box of DVA equipment which we declined - for a nationwide company I would have expected that Chubb should have their own facilities and procedures for disposing of waste generated from their works and surprised that they had attempted to pass on disposal costs to a client.

Are not interested in your business
The guys who do the front line work are fine - generally professional, polite, etc. We have an excellent relation with Carl Blower who is superb - keeps in touch, calls ahead, books in, etc. No issues there at all.
The back office is completely useless. An absolute waste of time. We are literally handing them business on a plate and they are not interested. You just spend your time chasing and chasing, then finding an account manager who might just be interested enough to respond to your inquiry. If it wasn't for the fact we had a national agreement with Chubb (and the fact we like Carl), I wouldn't use them. I'd go with a local company who shows an interest.
