Ordered a parasol and base weights
Ordered a parasol and base weights. I still haven’t recieved the base weights and I have tried to phone on several occasions unable to get through after long wait on the phone. I have also emailed several times, requesting a refund for them as evri tracking stating they had been sent back to sender. Several weeks later I’m still waiting for a reply and refund.
Very bad customer service.

Good but a bit difficult to use in windy days
Delivery was timely and packaging was good. Overall product is nice and even useful in light rain. I liked the colour too. However, during windy days, even in moderate wind, it moves a lot and makes quite noise. Other thing, I bought square, 80kg capacity base and please keep in mind it is big and occupies lots of space. It would be good if the canopy had a strap to collect it together when not in use.

Ordered a parasol & base
Ordered a parasol & base. Turned up by separate couriers despite being ordered together. This meant there was a day to two between deliveries. Parasol has an issue in that it rotates where the two parts join despite tightening the two screws as far as they will go. Result is the parasol doesn’t stay where it’s wanted. Contacted Christow via email and ended up with a new part being sent. Unfortunately there was a couple of days delay between my messages and their reply and then the part was sent to an old address. Advised the courier to leave at an alternative address but they ignored this. Good that a solution was proposed bad that it was needed, sent to the wrong address so I’ve no idea if it will work. Currently in the 2 day waiting for a reply from Christow phase so not sure what the resolution will be.

Great product
My parasol arrived quickly , we put everything together following the instructions carefully, which were very easy to follow, but unfortunately there was a fault with the arm piece, when locked it twisted around, Christow customer service was second to none they sent me out a new parasol to replace the faulty one and this one works perfectly, it looks so great and the quality is fantastic very happy with my whole experience

The service from Christow was absolutely brilliant, cannot fault it in any way whatsoever, the shed i agree with what most people have said here, i expected it to be flimsy because of the price but was very pleasantly surprised, when all fitted together it does the job perfectly.. for the 1 star reviews i would say manage your expectations, there are sheds more than twice the price that aren't twice the thickness.
