I was recommended Van at Chloe's Jewellers by a friend and it was a great decision.

Van went above and beyond my expectations, helping me pick the exact Sapphire colour I was after and sourcing a high quality Diamond to centre the design around. All whilst staying well within my budget.

Communication wise, Van was very responsive, friendly and able to translate my ideas into a beautiful ring.

I will forsure be passing on the advice I received from my friend. Go to Chloe's, they're great!

We were looking for a special Cartier necklace, which Cartier doesn't make any longer. There are few available and typically only at eBay in the US. But Chloe's Jewellers had one. Since we live in the EU, we asked them not to ship the item after we bought it online, but instead that we would come to London to pick it up. This saved us nearly 850 Euro in VAT and other import taxes. Van Le was very accommodating and very responsive over e-mail. When we came to the store a week and a half after we purchased the item, the necklace was ready for pick up. And the entire staff of this store was very pleasant and nice. I would definitely recommend this store!

We went to Chloe’s to buy a ring to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable. We left with a most splendid ring. Their range of rings was varied but all beautiful. At the time they offered to resize my original engagement ring. We took them to their word and returned later with the said ring which they resized and polished on the day graciously and without charge. I highly recommend them.

Would very highly rate this lovely shop. Delightful personal buying experience and lovely thoughtful staff who must be very carefully selected for their expertise and friendly approach for whom nothing is too much trouble.

The best jewelers shop in London. I found a De Beers ring on the shop website and visited the shop to check it out. Ms. Van and her colleagues were very helpful to show me the ring and checked all the details, paper, box, logo, hallmark carefully. They also consulted me about the pros and cons of the item I chose and discussed other options they have, which helped me make an informed decision. We agreed at a great price and completed the transaction smoothly. I was very happy and impressed with their professional services. Highly recommended.

Van was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process of designing our engagement ring. She offered her perspective when asked, and was very knowledgeable about what would look good based on proposed changes to shape, carat, setting, etc. She has a strong attention to detail as well, and really understood what we were going for with our engagement ring. She never pushed us towards the more expensive option, she simply pushed us towards what looked best and was feasible from a design perspective. We could tell she really cares about what she is doing and wanted to ensure we were happy with every detail. Overall we would highly recommend Chloe Jewellers if you are looking for a knowledgeable, patient, caring advisor for selecting your customised jewelry. Additionally, Chloe have a good selection of more unique pieces especially for men, which is quite rare to come by.

So helpful, provided amazing service and took lots of time with us to find our perfect rings. Were really helpful and informative, would 100% recommend!

Van Le and Sherona were amazing, brilliant service and excellent work

We first came to Chloes 10 years ago when my husband bought my engagement ring, and our wedding bands and that was when we first met Van Le. As my wedding rings were white gold, I would return to get them re dipped and Van Le was always professional, polite, friendly, we liked her from the start. We returned after lock down to buy my eternity ring and once again we received good service all the way through.
In June 2024 I returned to have all my rings re made into Platunium, and my eternity ring altered into a different style. Van Le was very helpful and offered great advice and helped turn this around very quickly as I travel a long way to get to the store. All the staff there are very nice. This is a great jewellers for advice, professionalism and beautiful style in jewellery. I would highly recommend Chloes Jewellers and I would only ever buy jewellery from here now.

I purchased a pre-owned branded brooch from Chloe Jewellers in Hatton Garden. Thu Nyguyen was extremely helpful and professional, and she ensured that the brooch was sent to me as soon as possible, in time for a birthday. Thu's communication was excellent and the item received was even more beautiful than in the photos. I was delighted with the excellent service I received and with the item purchased, and can wholly recommend Chloe's Jewellers.
