Absolutely incredible experience from my sending the first message to receiving an exquisite bangle!
Rebecca is an inspirational jeweller and her team is excellent (thank you, Emily) because dreams are turned into reality.

We have used Prudent and Smith for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment you step through the door to receiving/purchasing an item of jewellery the customer service is outstanding. You never feel pressured to buy and can browse at your pleasure. I have just had a ring made and I am delighted with the finished ring. Throughout the design to the finished piece I was kept informed through the process.

Just had my ring delivered and I couldn't be happier!

I was a little worried as I live too far away to visit the shop, but I had an online consultation and they showed me the ring I had my eye on.

They let me change the type of metal to personalise it more.

They then posted the ring out to me once it was made to check the size before setting the diamonds in it and sending it back today.

It is the most stunning ring.

I would happily recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be buying from them again.

I have bought a number of items from Pruden and Smith over the last few years. They are all beautifully made and I wear them often. Their service is excellent. They respond promptly to all enquiries and go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.

I visited the lovely shop in Ditchling for inspiration as I wanted to reuse diamonds from another ring. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and after showing me several rings, I chose a design. After a very helpful online meeting with Rebecca, we worked out the design in full. A month later I had set of three beautiful rings made with my diamonds. It was a great experience and I am so pleased with my gorgeous rings.

P&S designed my wedding ring and then two years later they worked secretly with my husband to design matching earrings. The earrings are gorgeous, and my husband said their customer service was top notch!

This shop is excellent for price, convenience and in particular quality which is second to none. The website is easy to navigate and checkout is very straightforward. I will continue to buy from Pruden & Smith for all my jewellery wants and needs.

Absolutely delighted with my lovely ring even better than I expected.
Communication was the best - I changed my mind on the stone I wanted for the ring after I had ordered and when I contacted them they changed the order for me. Delivery time was very good and they phoned to let me know it was on its way and I had an email with tracking number.
I would definitely love to purchase from Pruden and Smith again.

I had a few pieces of jewellery that I had inherited from various family members which were not really to my taste but that I wanted to be able to wear. We sat down with a lovely lady who listened to what i wanted and made some suggestions of what was possible with the stones and metal that I had. I now have 5 stacking rings which I wear every day and love. I can wear them together or separately and they include the stones and rings that mean something to me because of where they come from. I can't fault the service and loved the experience of being involved in what they would look like. It was also really special to be able to have a look round the workshop and see where the magic happens!

I bought the solid silver oval bangle 8mm very pleased with this it has a weight to it but not overly heavy you know it's on your wrist I opted for small fits perfectly excellent price too.

This company sells unusual and beautiful jewellery. I am absolutely delighted with the ring I purchased from them, it was exactly what I had been looking for. Rebecca and Emily at Pruden & Smith were both extremely helpful and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for something special and a bit different.

Excellent and sympathetic service! We had three meetings online with Rebecca to choose our stone! The finished wedding/engagement ring combo is stunning and I LOVE the way it’s so unique and non-bling. Totally recommend! Just beware if yoyre buying from France. We had unexpected and v expensive hell to get the rings through French customs.

Beautiful work from P&S - I had a custom engraved signet made and delivered within a required time frame. From email to completion, I’ve gotten great service and advice from the lovely team. Very pleased with the final product!
