I have bought several wigs and although they took a long time to arrive I was happy with the quality and price. That was until I bought their Vicky Modern Wig. Firstly it was delayed and I only found out this was due to a quality issue because I enquired about it, at no point did they reach out to me. Then when it eventually did arrive the wig was of extremely poor quality, the fibres are unlike anything I have ever seen, shiny, horribly rough, almost carpet like, I have complained but have never been offered any type of refund or credit for the inconvenience. I admitted that because there was some sort of weird coating on the wig I washed it when it arrived thinking this would improve it and due to this they have not offered any sort of compensation. All they could say is they would take my feed back and that the wig was from a new line of products. How is that any use to me. So I will not be using this company again.

Always quick delivery for saying items come from across the pond. Always get little thank you gifts with every item which is very thoughtful.

Order system was easy, emails sent to update on tracking and delivery. All as expected, well packed and happy with order. Thank you.

Wig is a prefect colour (a match for my coloured hair) and a great fit. Friends just ask me who my new hairdresser is as it look so good!

Be very very careful if you live in the U K and phone the London Office, you are actually phoning Canada!! I am fuming about that.
I got the number from the co.uk website. Was a london phone number and while ringing and waiting to get through, the number came on my mobile screen and the word London.
Whilst speaking with her I noticed her American accent, they do have a .com site and are also based in the USA.
I asked if I had phoned London as was a London number I phoned, she said I had got through to her. I then asked where had I phoned, where was she based and had I phoned America. She said she is in Canada and the call gets put through to who ever is available.
That is awful, a London phone number is on their UK site, you phone that number and it comes up on your phone. The location London also comes up on your phone, yet you are speaking to someone in Canada!!!
Needless to say I put the phone down!
Their contact number and address on their UK website for their London office, New Nort Road +44 20 3885 1779. This is the same number I phoned and spoke to someone who was in Canada.
I have screenshots of the address and phone number. I have a screen shot from my phone showing that number which I called and emails.

Dreadful avoid like the plague unless you love dreadful customer service , when my current problem is sorted I will never use these cowboys again you pay for what you get In this case a terrible service I’d rdther pay double and not use these cowboys they need looking over in a legal manner
