Buying my latest hair mail from Valentine Wigs was very pleasant and so easy. Once the order was placed I had a couple of general queries so sent an email and was responded to very quickly and my questions were answered fully. I’ve just received my first purchase of Gia wig Rene of Paris from Valentine Wigs. I am absolutely delighted with it and of the wonderful service. I literally took it out of the box, gave it a shake and it was good to go. After losing my hair due to chemotherapy I’ve tried various places for wigs, but I have to say this is is just what I’ve been looking for. Also the price was very affordable. Although I only received the wig yesterday I’ve just ordered the same wig in a different colour. Thank you Valentine Wigs.

Excellent range of products, first class pricing, service, easy online process
This was my second wig purchase but first venture into online services. I decided originally to seek 'in person' advice and buy my first one from a specialist salon so I could try on a selection and walk out with the most suitable one. Obviously, we expect to pay more for that service. So, for my second wig, I knew exactly the brand and size I wanted but went for a slightly different style and colour. There are quite a few online retailers but went for Valentine - a huge range of brands, styles and colours, phone advice line if you need it, lots of info on their website, VAT Exemption easy for qualifying customers, very keen pricing, clear reviews with photos from some contributors. The buying experience was easy, there's a returns option if you need it, regular updates on delivery. Courier was Royal Mail 48 hr tracked - excellent. The whole experience was first class. I have alopecia areata and bought a wig from a local wig supplier as I was desperate to cover bald patches. They did not take the VAT off and charged me twice as much as the exact wig from Valentines.
I would definitely order again in future.

I’ve bought three wigs from valentine so far and never had any problem with them and just lately I bought a fun fringe and the colour was too light for me (my fault) and they accepted my return and sent me another one of my choice no problem at all I will continue to use this company they are brilliant 🤩

Well what can I say. Valentine Wigs really helped me in a time of need. I needed hair to attend a Gala and the hair I normally order was not in stock in my colour. Richard came to my rescue helping and advising me and helped me choose another hair piece. I was apprehensive, but ordered it. When it arrived I was overwhelmed how lovely it was and how close the new colour was to my original hair piece. Richard is an absolute Gent and I wore the hair to the Gala got lots of compliments and I will definitely be buying another in this style. Excellent Customer Service, Products & Prices
I have been ordering wigs and toppers from Valentine Wigs for many years following distressing hair loss initially following breast cancer treatment and later after a devastating bereavement. During this difficult time the lovely people at Velentines helped me regain my confidence and self esteem through the high quality wigs and toppers they supply. They always keep me fully updated on delivery timescales and their packaging is discreet. Their customer service is incredible, always going above and beyond, and they even helped me edit an order on a Sunday when I made an error! Their prices are highly competitive but they also offer rewards, discounts and sales which help with the costs. I can highly recommend this professional and genuinely helpful team of people to anyone going through any degree of hair loss.

Exceptional service
I recently made my first purchase from this company and I can honestly say the service I received was exceptional.
I had left it rather late in placing my order and had a fairly tight window from that point to actual receipt but was assured it shouldn’t be a problem even though the wig had to be ordered from the US. Unfortunately due to adverse conditions the usual delivery timescales were affected but I was kept in the loop at all times by Mary.
As far as I’m concerned Valentine’s went above and beyond to ensure I received my order on time. The service I received was second to none!
