A very enjoyable & insightful day, great instructions & lots of experience from Alan! Throughly enjoyed & would recommend.
Absolutely fantastic course, the training was first class, the trainer was amazing friendly and very knowledgeable, he was very intuitive, and knew how to teach and get the best out of his pupils, I can’t imagine anyone wanting to go out on the water without doing this course. Loved it
I have completed many first aid courses over the years but despite the basic level of this course, I came away having learned a lot. The instructor struck the perfect balance between a relaxed learning environment and the seriousness of the subject, enhancing the base syllabus with his extensive experience. Thoroughly recommended.
Very knowledgeable team with lots of extra advice given. Will be coming back soon.
Many thanks for your expertise and assistance.
Excellent training and the instructor, Alan, was very good.
A useful course for a new boat owner like myself. I would highly recommend booking both the RYA and Diesel Level 2 days together as you go into more detail with extra hands on experience than you will get in just the one day. I now look forward to applying the knowledge to my own engine and going to sea with more confidence in my ability to fix problems should they arise.
Great course - very informative instructor - loads of time on the water and time for theory in their great classroom
Alan my instructor was very knowledgeable and patient putting me at ease as a complete novice. Course was great fun and practical. I highly recommend and more follow on courses available.
Knowledgeable instructor with friendly and practical approach.
Good use of various engines and components within comfortable training facility.
I felt very welcome, the instructors are warm and very friendly.
Took too long. Strayed off point at times with anecdotes. Tips on knots at end of the day (17:45 when we thought the course was to finish at 16:15) seemed irrelevent.
Good easy to reach location. Instructors were very good and kept the course interesting.
It was fantastic. An in depth 2 day course with a great mix of theory and practical.
Fantastic day with instructor Joe W, learning rigging and splicing, winch servicing etc will be back for more training, great place, lovely people!
Fantastic 2 day course. Everything was clearly explained and we fehlt super confident afterwards. Really good instructor Drew. Love it!!
2nd course with Chieftain Training, excellent delivery and great fun
