Friendly and excellent instruction from a highly experienced trainer.
Excellent instructor, well structured sea survival course
Excellent course. Good content, teaching aids and demonstrations. Well delivered by a knowledgeable and informative instructor
For me, Alan made the course most enjoyable. Spending 18 hours talking about quite awful situations were made easier with Alan's knowledge & presentation skills.
Great course and a lot of content provided in 1 day. Plenty of practical and own experiences shared around the class.
Fantastic fun, and I learnt a lot. The instructor was really knowledgable and patient, always happy to answer questions.
I have just completed the 2 day 12 volt electrical course. It was excellent! Well and very enthusiastically taught by Carl. Great facilities, the opportunity to use and experience lots of equipment and understand how many of the 12 volt systems in the boat work which was a complete revelation to me.
Great course and instructor, very thorough but enjoyable.
Well worth it
The instructors and support team were fantastic. Guiding and double checking understanding of the subject throughout the course and very approachable.
A very interesting and extremely useful course. Pitched at the right level and pace. The instructor was extremely knowledgable and all questions were answered well along with frequent checks of our understanding. An enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.
Hi Chieftain Team,

Friendly and informative staff and course, incorporating a surprise with using a tiller boat as well as a rib for experience.

Enjoyed the course. It was a good test of many years boating experience with the added challenge of learning to teach others the basic skills. Testing enough that passing the course had to be earned and so all the more pleasing once that was achieved.

I feel closely followed despite the language barrier ( i don't speak english and understand very little). In italy there aren't many opportunities for real and concrete training that are recognized at a professional level. For this reasons i chose to train in UK with you.

The RYA first aid course was efficiently run and very thoroughly covered the syllabus, with many points backed up with examples from real-life experience. This not only added interest but also makes theory easier to understand and remember.
The instructor, Carl was a walking encyclopaedia on marine electrics and also very entertaining. He made the 2 days a lot of fun.
Excellent course, Andrew the instructor was very entertaining and very knowledgeable. Great practical hands on exercises and several engines to practice on. Thoroughly recommended. Thankyou for a great two days😎
