Sent the wrong item, then said they didn’t have item I want in stock despite it still showing on website as being in stock, refused to organise collection of wrong item, had to chase emails, poor service will never use again

Fab company. A little issue with the delivery which was well handled and quickly resolved

I have emailed three times with no response. I also put a comment on facebook twice, and had a response the second time, saying that they would pass on my message to the Internet team. Still no contact!
Very poor customer service.

Very swift delivery, however the item didn’t fit. I emailed for a returns label as specified on the website and am yet to receive an acknowledgment or response. There is no contact telephone number (funny that) and they only have a 14 day return window. I’ll be contacting PayPal to seek a resolution. Will never use Chevron again as a result.

Great item of clothing, with fast delivery

Kept well upto date woth order and fast shipping

Considering I payed for my order last Friday and was supposed to get said order Saturday, and didn't get it until the following Wednesday, that was frustrating. But kept me informed about what was going on and the lad I dealt with was faultless, and much happy with my order too.

Excellent gramants but yet again next day delivery was three days late again I was very upset an angry but I love my togs even if I did have to wait all weekend it was frustrating an disappointment I will order from u guys again yet I better order a week in advance as I had planned to wear them over the weekend 😢

What a super experience it was to find a suit in Chevron. From the moment i walked in the door the lady assistant gave superb service. I asked for a suit for a wedding to fit me and in under 30 minutes I was walking out with exactly what i wanted. Just brilliant service and product. I will be back. Nigel
