I ordered a special gift for my mom. The item I received looks nothing like the picture on the website. It even gave me the option to change the color and it came in the wrong color. I have tried to call this place and all I get is an answering machine.

98I made a purchase on Nov 1st for my daughter in law to remember her father who had passed and I still don't have a shipment and tracking order number!!! 3 months it's BS!!! I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my purchase and all I get is excuse after excuse then i did research about this company and i found this help which is i reach Great customer service

I ABSOLUTELY Don't recommend ordering from here. I ordered 1 Christmas ornament back in November 2020 its almost September of 2021 and I still DON'T have the merchandise!!! It was a VERY SPECIAL gift for my sister because our dad passed away and the ornament is abt him. 🤬🤬

I loved it so much. It sums up my relationship very well. It was so beautiful

I will definitely never order again from this company!!! The print for the poem is so small you need a Magnifying Glass to read it, and my Sons name and Date of Death was ironed on in Large print!!!! Lesson Learned, you will never get another dime from me. You should refund me my money!!! and let me throw this shirt away!!! This is not Ruth, it’s Lisa King

I ordered 3 Items. So far I have received 1. Which is Beautiful. My Hoodie. The print is Perfect and the Size is right. I would of given a higher review. But I can not see when the other 2 pieces in my order are being shipped.

I ordered A shirt from this company and I love it it was in honor of my son that passed away May 23 the day after his 45 birthday .We were celebrating his birthday on Thursday at his favorite restaurant and on Friday he started hurting in his chest and was taking to the hospital by ems and the doctor told us he lived 4 minutes after he got there a day I will never forget.His oldest daughter is a nurse and she did cpr on him before the ems got there.

I ordered the special husband poster and love it. I lost my husband on Nov 7, 2020. Spelling and colors on poster are perfect. I also ordered an ornament and haven't got it yet. Otherwise I'd order again from this company.

My husband died in May I order my daughter the mask in September an I still has not received it. I call customer service an all I get is a recording. Then I go to they website to do a cancellation an I can't do that. I will not an I repeat I will not be ordering from them again.

I don’t want to say this but I’m really disgusted with their customer service. I mistakenly ordered two of the same shirt and they will not refund me for one of them or cancel the order. I explained that I’m on Social Security and that I don’t have extra money. I don’t understand why they won’t do this?

For future customers..read the examples of posters carefully as they do not know how to spell. I am very dissapointed in my purchase as the posters are not cheap.
