Was originally sent the wrong item altogether, but when I contacted the store the manager (I assume) was very helpful and promptly sent out the correct item soon after. Great customer service, I would use again for that reason alone.

On ordering a new jacket that I had tried other places to get I found the service with this company absolutely amazing the jacket I requested was shipped & delivered in a very fast time very well wrapped on receiving my package & opening it I can definitely say the jacket was of top quality excellent fit & on that I would highly recommended this company

I ordered a North Face Himalayan Down jacket from Chevron on Saturday , they were really helpful over the phone , big shout out to Harvey who was knowledgable on size, stock and quality etc! £325 jacket for £180 on a sale , can not go wrong and great quality , all genuine QR codes etc so well worth the money👌It got sent from them on Monday after the weekend , and I received it the other side of the country around lunchtime Tuesday. All tracked with DPD and I’ll definitely use them again in future . They have some nice bits online and seem to have some more exclusive styles than your mainstream stores that every high street has. Thanks for your help and I will definitely be returning in a few weeks . Chris 🙏👍

Placed a £140 order, was then emailed the next day to advise it had been despatched. Following day (arrival day for the parcel), I had another email to say I had been refunded. No other contact so called the shop. Told the item wasn’t available. Man at the shop advised he could do the jacket in a different colour for the same price if I sent £140 to a bank account. Advised I was paying with credit card so agreed to pay for a different item and they’d send what I wanted instead. Only problem is the website was down and I was told I had to order before 2pm. The website was down past 3. So went elsewhere. Poor first experience and won’t return.
