After our flight was cancelled by the airline, she was right on top of things, answering my emails and looking into possible options for us. I had very good experience in booking tickets with cheers travels , though air India gave us a hard time with changing schedules every now and then ,cheers travel responded promptly , supported us well , I am still to board in to flights so far cheers did well.
