Absolute scam of a company. I ordered the highland cow and it’s awful, nothing like the pictures, not weighted and no heat pad. I’ve emailed you and you suggested I gift it as a present! This product is only suitable for the bin. I want a refund! I email you back and you continue to sent an auto response saying you’ve replied to my query. You have not until the money is refunded.

Purchased the large highland cow as it had a heat pad which I thought would help me. It comes looking nothing like on the video. It even looks like its had a stroke(face twisted) No heat pad and I don't even think its the right size. Tried to email on there service email and it keeps taking you back to the catalogue.
