Chapter Law in Longbridge provided conveyancing services for our recent house move. From the outset, the process was simple and straightforward. The conveyancer assigned to us was Sahlia Ali. Sahlia was simply excellent at her job. She ensured that, from outside, we were ready to proceed quickly and entered into some tough negotiations with conveyancers in our chain who weren’t so efficient. Sahlia was thorough and robust, providing both reassurance and advice when we needed it. We will be using Chapter Law, and will be asking for Sahlia to be our conveyancer for our up and coming purchase.

We recently worked with Sahlia Ali on our property transaction and were very impressed. Although they are fairly new in their role as a Conveyancer, they handled our case with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout. They made the whole process smooth and kept us well informed at every stage. We felt reassured and confident in their ability, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Chapter Law provided very clear information regarding their 16-step sale process, which was easy to follow. As each step was achieved, this fact was communicated to me. Their helpful 'Client Care' booklet contained valuable information regarding timescales, services provided and costings/disbursements. However, if I needed to speak to a 'person' Misbah took my calls and responded in a professional and meaningful way. During the 'key' period, as we approached exchange of contract and completion date, we spoke almost daily. It was an efficient and professional service which I cannot fault.

Chapter law are very good. Zahrah looked after the sale of our house, she kept us upto date with everything and answered any questions we had very quickly. Would definitely recommend chapter Law. This is actually our second time using them.

I have recently used Chapter Law to represent me when selling my property. Dealing predominantly with Kerry who has acted promptly and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Unfortunately on completion day it was Kerry's day off but I then spoke with Zahrah who called me before the offices even opened to ensure that everything was dealt with in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend and would also use Chapter Law again in the future.

Do not use chapter law!
I was not their client but I was on the receiving end. Incompetent and unprofessional, making promises to send documents over and never holding to their word. 6 months waiting to get things sorted and had to pull out of the sale in the end. Sort your solicitors out chapter law!
I will never recommend or use them.

Zahrah Is absolutely outstanding, nothing is too much trouble for her, she has executed her conveyance exceptionally well, even going up and beyond her duty to help me. Thank you Zaharia, Chapter Law must be very thankful to have such a polite and the exceptional employee.

If you’re in a chain with this law firm I would advise you to pull out, their incompetence is on another level. I’m in a chain of 5, all other solicitors are ready to exchange as were the top being represented by Chapter Law, until they changed their mind and decided they had some more enquiries to iron out. This firm has been holding up the chain FOR TWO MONTHS, I just tried to call them and they wouldn’t even tell me how to make a complaint, they told me to find out myself and hung up on me. If I could give a minus rating I would. They’re an absolute shambles of a firm who think it’s ok to mess with people’s lives. Google reviews are imminent, solicitors should be held to account for their lack of urgency,integrity and incompetence.

I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the last 20 years and this was my first time using Chapter Law. It was the easiest and most straightforward conveyance experience I have ever had. E mails were always answered, calls returned and I was always kept updated. What a refreshing change! Special thanks to Charlotte and Beverley for their help. My experience with Chapter Law was good to begin with, communication with Kerry was clear and smooth, things were going quite well up until the point she went on annual leave. Unfortunately there was a slight miscommunication in hand over but once this was resolved everything progressed fairly quickly.
Zahrah was friendly and polite, responding to my requests promptly.
All in all after a couple of issues which were dealt with, the whole process transitioned well to the end date.

Good communication

I used Chapter Law for my recent house sale. I dealt with a lady called Beth Hodson who was brilliant. She swiftly responded to emails and any queries I had, was definitely on the same page as me regarding a few matters and was an all round pleasure to communicate with. Beth made the process very stress free so thank you for that. Highly recommend

Zahrah is a credit, she responds quick, always answering any questions and progresses matters quick. We had some difficult parties in our transaction and Zahrah was always on top of them.
