Orders do not take 2-3 days as stated on website. It took over a week to deliver. Had to contact the office to gain info on the order myself no communication was made from the shop also not as per website policy.

I chose the wrong outlet to collect my timber, but Chadwicks was able to re direct it to the correct one for the same day.

Over a week and no delivery
Over a week and no delivery. No contact number and no reply to several emails.
No communication whatsoever and it’s paid in full.
