Fantastic customer service
Ordered via website, initially my payment didn't get verified so I contacted customer services and Ava was very helpful. Reordered and had no problems with payment or confirmation email. Very fast delivery and I am very satisfied with the whole transaction.

Poor customer service
The order was taken, i got a call two days later to say the item wasnt in stock and to give them a bit more time. A week later and I havent received any update. I have since received a quote elsewhere and I am trying to cancel my initial booking, and get a refund. Have called three times, left an 'urgent' message and still nobody has returned my call.
Dont think I will be using this service again.

Order got cancelled as not enough in…
Order got cancelled as not enough in stock..they offered they can get more but I’d have to either wait 2-3 weeks or pay 80€ for courier-why should I care? They had it in stock on website and it was up to them to make sure it was available..I presume I was too small of a customer…the man on the phone was not very nice did not even apologise did nit try to help or suggest a solution.
